Likes

All the faculty members are quite good and supportive always encourage new idea and new to view a problem.
Extracurricular infrastructure is quite good.
Very good environment for startup and research

Dislikes

College is open campus hence outsiders are also allowed in college
Hostel rooms are quite small and mess food is not that great
Gender ratio is not that good due to which overall development of student doesn't happen

Course Curriculum Overview

According to my JEE advanced All india Rank it was the best possible course I could get. All the faculty members are PhD holders from reputed institute all around the world. There two term exam it is not much difficult to pass them.

Class Size: 18Course Fees: INR 250000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Compared to other engineering college in India the fees is quite reasonable. Various gov and private scholarship are available. As IIT is one of the reputed institute all round the World we could get loans quite easily.

Campus Life

College has two fest 1 cultural and 1 techfest. Cultural fest is called kashiyatra and is held in January. The tech fest is called. Technex and is held in March. We have ground for most of the sports palyed. The college has quite good infrastructure. Various clubs like aerospace, robotics dance music and business clubs are in IIT

Admission

You have to pass class 12 in PCM as a subject from any recognised board. You need to clear the JEE advanced examination for taking admission. Caste reservation and EWS reservation benefit are available. I think the admission process is merit based so I don't think there is any changes needed in admission process.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am a B. Tech student so I am happy with my course. As we can see the world is full on dependent on network so I decide to choose computer science. I had just started coding in python so this is a start I will learn about programming language more and more. To improve teaching we have to use more practical data.

Placement Experience:

From the 5 semester the students become eligible for internship and placement. Infosys, jp Morgan and other companies come for placement The highest package is 50 lpa and the average package is 8 lpa .

Let's talk about IERT Prayagraj

Placement Experience:

Here you'll get placement cell for placement training. But most the students studying here aren't interested in placement. Most students go for GATE examination or UPSC examination. Even I have plan to go for UPSC examination. There are many rankers passed from here. I think the highest package in 2024 was of 12LPA and average was 4LPA. There is not very high paying visit from any company. But in off campus there are some students who have cracked 45LPA per annum package at Amazon. I my opinion if you are passionate about any government examination then definitely you can opt for this college . And if you want placement then make your self perfect and go for off campus.

Kiet is good choice if you are keeping it in options.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In our autonomous batch there are more practical and project based subjects. There is one subject called design thinking in this we have to think of real life problems and empathize about it abs find or create solutions for them it can a whole new system, a simple app or machine or even a campaign as long as it helps society. There is one ihs subject also which promotes my branch (ECE) in pharmacy , like teaching about medical devices and technology and even our semestet projects are like creating portable ecg machine, creating automatic wheelchair, temprature- oxygen- heartbeat sensor abd recorder etc. It increases difficulties but also improves chances for placemenys in your 4th year if you are already creatibg such things in 1st sem. Frequency and difficulty of exam is moderate i think.

Civil faculties here are very good and practical applications are intresting. Professional communication mam is very good and you can learn a lot from her. Teaching method is easy for specific subjects. First mid sem is after 3 months of course start and second mid sem is 1 month after 1st mid sem and end sem is 2 months after 2nd mid sem

I choose iit bhu because of iit tag string mining dept and most imp the campus life which felt better than other options i have . I have options of few iits like iit dhanbad and all but iit bhu stood out the most from all other iits in terms of everyaspect as it has strong placements records and aluminia base with lots of supported startups.
