It was a life changing part. Have all type of environment for every type of student

Entrance Preview

I was selected on the basis n 12th PCM percentage. Interview process was there and after that I was allocated IT(Information Technology) branch. I wanted to pursued my B.Tech in CSE so I applied for branch change which is done after 1st year and branch is changed according to 1st year percentage. So I got my branch changed to CSE due to 82 percentage

Course Curriculum Overview

Course is good. However faculties try to focus more on bookish knowledge but admin people are trying to involve more practical exposure for the students

Internships Opportunities

College doesn't provide any external internship. They should provide such things to students

Placement Experience

Placement was good. They try to pull companies with bigger packages. Minimum package is of 3 LPA and maximum can be 12 LPA

College Events

All type of events whether technical, cultural or sports related are organized every year on large scale.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees was nearly 90000 Rs for a year but its same among all private colleges. Moreover they are not going to take any unnecessary fines from the students

Fees and Financial Aid

University scholarship is there. Some amount is given to the students having more than 75 percentage, like 100rs for 1 percentage.

Hostel Facilities

80000 for 2/3 seater, single seater was not given to girls when I was graduated. Hostel is the best part of college. A number of needed facilities are there in the hostel. They can add up the AC services in the hostels in order to enhance them but it will surely increases the cost.

Alumni/Alumna

Its not that much good. People remain in the contacts with their friends only once the college is over

Exam Structure

You need to clear 3 internal and 1 external exam per semester per year, which is more than enough but yes the needed one.

Faculty

Faculties are good, they are very helping and supportive as compared to other colleges but they need to focus on proving more practical knowledge rather than bookish knowledge

My overall Journey

Likes

Everything was good except placements.
Campus was so engaging , has a beautiful campus , one can get to learn a lot .
Faculties was from either IIT's or NIT's with good humor and knowledge.

Dislikes

Student has to suffer a lot during placements for students who are from Biotechnology .
No one takes responsibility , if a student is unplaced.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students become elligible for campus placements.From top companies like google , microsoft to new startups like Raspa , Protium all companes visits , Highest package was 96 LPA , 40% students get placed , rest suffers , if one is from core branch then they get chances for PSUs and other organization.

Decent Opportunities in Emerging Domains and Exposure to Hands-on Project

Likes

There are very good and highly qualified Faculties for each subject.
There is lot of clubs and groups which give exposure to the students.
Location of College is best in Greater Noida

Dislikes

There is little busy management and take time to respond query.
Highly busy schedule of college timings.
There can be delay in examinations from its expected date.

Placement Experience:

Placement in GCET is one of the good In greater Noida colleges. The average package of this college is 4-6 L.P.A. Companies like TCS, J.P Morgan, Josh Technology, L.G etc visited every year. Mass recruiters like wipro,infosys,capegemini also visited every year. About 85% students every year placed from the college. After getting degree my plans are getting very good placemnt from this college.

Lab infrastructure and availability and practical approach
Hygience managed in every block and department
Availability of faculty and easy to approach and contact

Poor management regarding any issue and problem
iCloud app not working properly and full of glitches and bugs
Slow process and management takes a lot of time to do work

Placement Experience:

In my college placement is good and increasing every year as I have heard from s masters senior in past 4 days 1000 students have been placed and placements are still going on and there is a dedicated placement cell in our college and also skilled students can get upto 40-60LPA and average is 6-7 LPA and my plans after degree is to go for masters as I have intrest in MTECH too and 60-70% gets placement and it's still increasing and companies visit such as wipro hcl LG delloite etc

My Engineering College

Likes

I liked the faculty here, they are well qualified and experienced
The way the faculty is trying hard with the students is very good.
Students are good here too they are cooperative with each other.

Dislikes

Library doesn't open after college hours.
Less events organised here in comparison of other engineering colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because i did diploma in computer science engineering so after that i chose to do BTech in cse for better opportunities. Here I am really learning some computer languages by which I am making some projects. Exams timing is they held in evey 5-6 months.and this is a decent time to prepare for the semester exams.

Good college for Degrees

Likes

I like the Teacher behavior and attitudes
I like the Sports curriculum , they conduct sports event monthly
I like the admin office, because it always neat and clean

Dislikes

The hostel and mess food is not good as expected
The placement system is too bad , no proper support
The student facilities is not good , like lifts etc

Placement Experience:

If you are BTech CSE student , you dont need to worry more because they invite good number of companies to take placement , but you need that particular skills to get placed. Almost 40 to 50% student got placement for an average of 4.5 LPA

More industry workshop and seminars can be held to increase exposure.
Encouraging more internship and training opportunities for students.
Expanding campus activities and facilities for overall development

The students are eligible for placements in the final year. The college offers basic placement training and assistance. Some local and local-level comanies even visit for campus recruitment with average offers. Average package: 2-4 LPA, highest around 9-10 LPA 60-90 percent students get placed. My plan is to develop my skills and attain a good job or go for higher studies after degree.

Unveiling Campus Life and Academic Excellence

Likes

Professer behavior is very cool and good
Classes is conducted in normal class in which some classes have A.C while some not
Campus area is so big in which staff parking and student parking is separtely available

Dislikes

College time is bad . It is same as school timing
Student must maintain 75% attendence to avoid detention in CIA
It does not give a proper break after semester exam

Placement Experience:

The placement is average as same as other college . It provide 6-12 LPA package for who have skills as market required The placement criteria for student is above 8 CGP and no backlogs in all semester My plans after getting the degree is to join a good company for a good life The percentage of getting placements is above 80%

i dislike thing in my collage are the students are not mature.

i my collage there was a big grounds for different games but the game should we inly during and specific program.

This college has become autonomus so the exam and other activites are conducted by college itself . I have contacted to the alumnis of the college and they prefereed is better for NCR region private college. I dont applied for any other college . I did the choice filling for this college only and got in 1 ROUND .This colllege provides good exposure and good placements . My decision was I could say influenced by my elder brother and I don't regret taking admission here. I applied to all AKTU colleges got rejected only from IET LUCKNOW and KNIT SULTANPUR purely due to percentile reason Other than that I got all the colleges including BIET JHANSI. I chose this one due to placement of the 2022 batch. I choose this college because now its an autonomous university by which we can get many benefits . In comparision of other colllege fee structure is very favourable and afforable like in other private college like Amity , galgotia ,gl bajaj etc KIET offers various oppournity for students in each in every fields thy want to make their carrier. Admission process majorly through jee main rank and percentile through AKTU counselling but 15% seat they fill by direct admission on merit based list. Review for my college.

I got this college from my jee mains rank and UPTAC counselling I applied for JECRC University in which i got selected in CSE branch but I dropped it because it has so many students they admitted every student but in this college there is limited intake and seats are filled strictly on merit basis no donation is accepted just 15% seats are filled through direct admission which also involves written test and interview in college.To take admission in this insititute, you have to score good in JEE Mains exam and must have good percentage in class 12th after JEE you have to apply for UPTAC counselling.Through that you can get admission here....Read More
