Course Curriculum Overview

There is not anything like ratio because its all boys college so its heartbreaking not even a single faculty is female. So came on your own risk. And about curriculum its same like many other colleges.

Class Size: 250Course Fees: INR 109800 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

In our college fee is the big issue because its allready less like 1.2 lakh or something and you can also get scholarship from your state government. But talking about placement don't even think that you can get any.

Campus Life

There are no good clubs, there are some clubs but thoes are not even running the are dead and there is nothing like campus life because the campus itself is very small. There are sports facilities they did their best to make things enjoyable.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel is good as compared to college. The facilities provided in there are really well. Hostels are well maintained. But the mess is not that good the provide 3 meal a day but its not worth it they also provide some evening refreshments.

Hostel Fee: INR 68000 per year

Admission

Basically it is a GFTI so your admission is based on your jee MAINS rank you can visit to JOSA and CSAB for the respective cutoff. After the JOSA and CSAB counseling if a seat alloted to you then you have to fill a form on the website of college.

Things to Know about Uttaranchal University before admission.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement are quite bad as only a few companies come to our college for placement drive . Students becomes eligible for campus placement from the 3rd year onwards . Companies visited like TCS , HCL and some other not much popular companies visited but this year placement is very low . Our college also fake advertising about the placement they advertise the interships also as placements. 10 to 20 percent in BTech CSE are getting only Placement. I don't know what I will do after getting degree but currently I am doing a side by side diploma from IIT Roorkee to get some extra knowledge and skill improvement for better placements.

GEU and CSE ho hand in hand!

Placement Experience:

LTI, Polaris, Deloitte, Infosys, Oracle, Nvidia and what not are there for placements here. Even the Fintech and finance companies like the Axis Bank, Shri Ram Capital Finance and all are here. Thus, placements worth 10-50 lakhs is quite possible at GEU.

Geu provides best intenrships!

Placement Experience:

In GEU placements are like such that we don't have to bother at all. We are approached by placements cell in the 5th semester and then are trained for the whole month and then university urges us to go for internships to have the required exposure and have a CV which can impress the recruiters first hand. Thus, we get placement which median as of now is 8.5 lakhs.

Placement Experience:

McKinsey, Oracle, NVIDIA, Google, TCS, Deloitte and many more come here for placements. Around 15-20 students in 2025 had placements worth over 40 lakhs and four students managed to grab placements worth 50 lakhs or more.

Placement Experience:

Our college has a very good placement ratio and placement also depends on the economy and industry that year and a lot lf other factor but if you have a CGPA of above 8 you are moat likely to get placed. The highest package ranges from 2-3 crores and average goes around 13lpa. I am currently planning to do an MBA after graduation from a foreign university moat likely Harvard.

There are some of the private college which i applied but i selected this one because this is govt and also there are many more opportunities providev here. You can get admission through jossa nad csab and cutoff is around 70k for jossa and 300k for csab. Also there is a form for this college you can check that out....Read More

Engineering in Gurukul Kangri Deemed to be University, Haridwar

It was the only college offering CSE during JOSAA councilling based on my JEE Mains score, so I decided to opt for it without thinking twice. I was offered a seat in special CSAB round. Seats are offered based on JEE Mains scores. Lateral entry for diploma holders is offered directly in 2nd year based on the examination conducted by the University.
