RGPV 3 YEAR DIPLOMA

Reason of choose this Course- I choose this course because automobile industry is growing and it is provide better career opportunity growth. Faculty-student ratio- Faculty and student ratio is good because there are also guest faculties available and sufficient experianced faculty for every branch and classes. Qualification of the faculty & teaching review method- Every permanent faculty is well experianced and experties in there specific subjects but sometimes they are in hurry to complete there syllabus but guest faculty with more helpful nature you can ask any doubt without hesitation they always ready to help. Teaching method of the senior faculty is sometime difficult to understand. term exams timing and difficulties - term eams conducted always on time but sometimes due to haste to complete syllabus by the faculty we use question bank (QB) insted of class notes.

Name of the companies and roles ofered under internships with stipend- In our college there is only one company visited for mechaanical branch students which is Indo German tool Rooms and they offer 21/- days internship with small stipend 3000/-.as trainee diploma intern. They provide Operations training, quality training and safety training to the students also provide various tasks related jobs and after completed internship they provide Industrial intern certificate to every intern.

Eligibility for Campus placements-students become eligible for campus placements after completed 5th semester exam and pursuing in 6th semester or completed 6th (last) semester but the condition is students shuld not have backlogs in any subjects. Companies visited & offers made - There are only few companies come for the placement and most of them make offer like Force motors, EICHER motors, John deere, polycab wires, havells wires, hinduja global solutions, teleperformance etc. Highest and average package - Force motors offered highest salary package as diploma trainee engineer of avarage annual salary 1.8 Lakh. Percentage of students getting placements - 60% to 70% students getting placements in the college. My Plans after getting degree - my plan after getting the degree to become an enterpreneur in mechanical engineering field.

Fees hike policy and cost to study- Diploma course fees is very low as per an engineering course and fees hike policy is only applicable in exam fee because of workshops, practicle or subject wise. cost of the study is not very expensive student can complete 3 year Diploma fees approx. 40000/-(including books and tools with exam fee+admission fee). Name of scholarship,Financial Assistance & Job -I got the scholarship of green card scheme and with this scholarship my tution fee wavied off. and remaining finanical assistance provided by myself with part time job in a mechanical shop. after completed my 3 year mechanical diploma i got the job from college campus in force motors pithampur as trainee diploma engineer with stipend amount of 12000/- per month.

Annual Fest & tech fest - Campus life was good and every year annual function organised by the college between august to september but tech fest not conducted. Availability of books & Journals - books was not sufficient in the library and quantity of the books was less as per the students and journals were not updated time to time. librarian provide library card to every student with minimal charges but not worthy. Amenities in classrooms- college building is very old and not well maintained, in the classrooms electric boards not functional and sometimes fans not in working condition, mainly blackboards also not in a good condition Sports & extra curricular activities - there is no sports faculty available and no extra curricular activities on this campus, only 1 badminton hall is there but only faculty used for the badminton not for the students. Social group, clubs or websites-no socal group or clubs available only govt. official website is available but not run by the students.

Eligibility of the Course - For 3 year RGPV Diploma admission, the student must have passed high school from any recognized institute. Application form,Fees,Dates- Every year RGPV conduct PPT (Pre Polytechinic Test) exam for eligible students and exam scheduled as per the exam calander for the admission, which can be check from RGPV Diploma official website. Eligible students can submit application via MPONLINE portal to self or nearby KYOSK center. PPT exam application fee for the reservation category is 200/- and for the general category is 400/-.and registration dates between June to July. Reservation Benefits-Reservation benefits is very helpful for students who have Green card (2 child parents) Admission fee is waived and for OBC,ST,SC category scholarship is available. Improvement- RGPV can be improve there document verification process more smooth because currently process is time taking, students have to wait for a long time to get the document verification done.
