Remarks

They use digital methods like using a projector to explain things clearly to the students that help them remember at the time of examination. We got industry exposure in our college.

Entrance Preview

Entrance exam is GAT which is conducted by college every year. No interview process. Just verification of certificates.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum used was not that much useful but up to an extent, it was good. Many research initiatives taken by college which helped to people in visakhapatnam.

Internships Opportunities

Most of the people got an internship and it's a must. The highest stipend is Rs/- 20,000 and the minimum is Rs/- 3000.

Placement Experience

I can rate the placements as good. For our seniors, many companies like Accenture, Wipro, TCS, Tech Mahindra and big companies like Microsoft offered placements.

College Events

Cultural events happens every year. And many Seminars, symposiums where internationally renowned people deliver valuable speech and inspire us.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Gitam college is named for High fee structure. Present yearly fee for 2nd ,3rd and 4th years is Rs/-2,47,500 and it differs to B arch . Like it it differs to other courses also.

Fees and Financial Aid

College doesn't provide any scholarships. Many rich families children study here so they are capable of paying money so college is not interested in providing any loans.

Campus Life

Regarding extra curricular activities one of the top most college in visakhapatnam. Our college cricket team used to participate every year in Eenadu trophy Organized by Eenadu with many collaborations.

Hostel Facilities

It has four hostels for boys and two for girls. It even has bus facility for the local students. But i used to stay in PG near to college.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni network is good. Alumni reunion happens every year. They contributed a lot in developing many damaged places in college.

Exam Structure

We are not that much concerned about exams because our intention is to get a good cgpa. So we used to enjoy and study.

Faculty

Almost all faculty members have their PG from some reputed universities and IIT's. They are good in English and teaching ability. One must have a passion regarding studies that's it. Professors are there to guide you if you perform well.

Likes

I like that every faculty in our college supports and encourage each and every student to get placed. I also like the Training and Placement Department because they regularly organized aptitude, communication, technical trainings .
I like the innovative teaching method in our college, where we undergo with different activities that makes us to understand the concepts in an easy way

Dislikes

Network issue in college environment as well as in hostel

Placement Experience:

Campus placements start from the 3-2 semester with pre-placement training, aptitude test, coding rounds and interviews. Companies like HSBC, Prowess soft, ADP, Infinite computer solutions and many more companies visited the campus for recuritment. The average package is around 3.5 LPA while the highest package is 16.43 LPA in 2026 and varies each year. I was selected by Infinite Computer Solution in 4-1 semester itself with a package of 4.5 LPA. After my graduation, I plan to build my career in software development and enhance my techinal skills.

the engagement with campus was very good and memorable in life, Social interactions are decent. campus Amenities was super. Clean Campus
most of the faculty Ph.D. holders and All the curriculum subjects up to date. everything is job market

Our College placements is very good, 150+ Companies visted our college and more than 990+ Students placed in Companies recently, our college hightest package was 22LPA and visited companies like, Infosys, TCS, Meesho, EvokeTechnologies, Envidia, Deloitte, Snovasys, TATA electronics, Meil, Cntl S. Etc.

Likes

Infrastructure at the college is good and facilities are available.
Faculty will teach the complete syllabus nd if any student is having doubts, they can approach the faculty to get their doubts clarified.
Regular, assessment tests are being conducted to know the knowledge of the students.

Dislikes

Multiple tests to assess students in various aspects.
More co-curricular and extra curricular activities have to be there.

Placement Experience:

The college offers placements to its students. The college invited more than 30 software companies to the college annually where students can apply based on the criteria mentioned by the company and interest of the students. The placed students count is also good compared to the eligible students count.

Pace institute of technology and sciences have 26 clubs to train the students on their interested path (like Ml club for machnine learning and AI club for knowing the technologies in AI) it also have NCC and NSS
The college culture wasvery good and management also helpful and supportive, it also have modernised auditorium for guding the huge member of students and to conduct high level meeting in the college it also have good transport facilites
this college have well maintained digital class rooms with good projector facility and advanced smart board equipped seminar hall

Placement Experience:

Every students eligible for placements in the 3rd year, Top Mnc companies visit the campus like Infosys, TCS, Meesho, Deloite, Meil, control s, etc. highest placement is 22 Lakhs per anum and the average package is 6LPA it provides perfect placement with top companies have supperate cell for training and placement with highlyknowldged faculty.

Likes

I like the infrastructure of my university
College life is very good and there will be no stress

The thing I disliked is the timings of the classes
Another thing is to travel for long time if you are local

I would rate the circulam 10 out of 10 because in our cirrculum we will learing skills like dbms, full stack which will we useful in our placements. we have two mid examinations first 50% of the syllabus will be on mid1, another 50% will be mid2 and one semeter end exam.

Likes

Very disciplined college, rules are very strict in shirt tuck shoes mandatory for boys along with id card.
Other activities like functions,events participations is good
Infrastructure and maintenance is very good

Dislikes

They will ask you to pay full fee before government disperse the amount
Barely communicate between opposite genders due to strict rules
Placements from past year is not up to the mark

Actually for every 6 months we have to complete one semester,due to Covid in our batch time we completed the course quite fast,after Covid the classes are done according to the time and we also participate multiple hackathon to represent out ideas and some skill oriented programming organisations

the thing i like more in our college is firstly dicipline
the thing i like in our college are more but mostly we can say friendly and experienced faculty
in my college every topic is explained practically it is very help fullfor our studies

i dont like the thing our college management dont allow us to bring mobile to college
second thing was we not even permiable to talk with opposite gender freely
some of the rules in our college represent a school
