How is MCA in AU.

After a bachelor degree in any field, if we need a college course, MCA is the best option. There is enough faculty for all the classes. Well qualified faculty and of considerably good standards. Term exams have not enough time between them to complete syllabus, but passing the exams is not very hard.

Fee is reasonable for the course offered if joined through ICET, but for management seats it's too high. For students joined through ICET counselling, govt. is giving fee amount to students under JVD scheme. For management students, they have pay from their pockets.

Fests like Ethnic day, dept. Days, annual day etc are held every year. Month for Dept. Days and ethnic days is according to convince. There are lot of genres of books available in the library. Many copies of same book are available. So students can access them at anytime. Classrooms have smart boards, new benches and spacious enough with good electrical amenities. Sports and extra curricular activities are given importance and students will have great opportunity in this regard. Students are encouraged to all management regarding the important days, competitions etc. by themselves.

In hostel rooms are good enough for students to study with focus and all the facilities are of good quality like food and etc.. Food is ok but every week it is the same menu. Quality is good but taste sometimes is compromised with. Registration for the rooms is completely based on availability. Fee is reasonable for the facilities compared to rented rooms. Hostels are inside the campus premises.

Eligibility is any Bachelor Degree. Application details can be found in 'apsche' website, under ICET section. Both genders have equal no. of seats reserved, and people from NCC, SC/ST catagory have reservations. Admission process could be faster than it actually takes.
