My curiosity and interest made me choose this branch, and the faculty-student ratio will be good. The qualifications of teaching professors will also be good and adequate, with doctorates from renown national and world universities.

Internships Opportunities

Internships for students will be offered in all the departments by the Head of the departments. Our seniors had done their internship at Hindustan Shipyard Limited and also at many other core-related companies.

Placement Experience

From third year, second semester itself, students will be eligible for campus placements from different companies, including core and IT multinational companies like Wipro, Infosys, and HCL. Packages offered will be dependent on student skills.

Fees and Financial Aid

Since it is a government university, the academic fee will be low, at around 10,000 per year, and that will also be covered under several government schemes for those who are eligible. Several central and state scholarships are also available for eligible students.

Campus Life

Annual fests like AURORA and several other departmental events like departmental games and departmental days will be celebrated by their respective departments. Several clubs, like skill development clubs and others, will also be conducted.

Hostel Facilities

Hostels will be average or below average as they are government maintained. Food quality will be average, and quantity will be limited. The registration process and admission process into the hostel will be easy.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The best and for some it could be worst part also , it doesn't matter whether you're a mechanical engineering student or EEE or CSE you should have to learn every single programming language from C to python including DSA and cloud computing which will help you to switch your career easily if you want. but however at the same time the mechanical students feel stressed alot. because they have to study their own field subjects which are not easy at the same time they have to clear the programming languages which are completely different from mechanical subjects

Placement Experience:

If I talk about my branch, as per my knowledge from 6th semester onwards the students can sit in the placement run. The college offers placement training with individual of expertise from that respective subject. Many top companies visit the campus to list out, AWS, INFOSYS, JMAN, TCS, IBM are some if them. More than 50 lakhs package is secured. The average lies around 4 to 5 lakhs per annum. The percentage of students getting placed varies from branch to branch and for some branches it's 100%, the average package for them would be 3 lakhs per annum, and the highest goes around 12 lakhs per annum. Students can apply off campus if they didn't get placed.

Placements are good in our college and the Teachers said that all the information when give career guidance how to attend our interviews in placements time and how to crack a exam percentage of student is based on 7.5 CGPA must be included and my plans after degree to get a job and improve my skills and go further. 3rd year onwards you can apply for internships and placements too I suppose . Almost all of the students get placed but I'm not sure of the average package for now . Some companies that crosses my mind is PayPal, fidelity etc.
