Remarks

when it's an option for boys one can opt for the college without any doubt but for girls options like meerut and kanpur are much better options

Entrance Preview

UPCATET 2017, this exam is a state level examination which is for getting admission in the for government agriculture and technology colleges

Course Curriculum Overview

3

since the course comprises of several different subjects of the different base for example including mathematics, statistics, English, extension, agriculture, horticulture, and many more accompany them and the list is long so the structure makes the base strong enough to for further research basically

Internships Opportunities

there are internship as the professors are doctorates and many students pursue their PhD under the lecturers. almost in all subject related to agriculture the internship is available.

Placement Experience

3

the placements are not that high is one gets they under graduation programs from here but job opportunities after post graduation are very high. banking has a particular sector for agricultural department, agriculture officers are the fame. civil services are vast scope for the student.

College Events

2

not many events take place here that means once every year kisan mela is organised where students and staff organise several machinery, seeds of high yielding varieties, grains, irrigation systems etc. navratri night is celebrated once in a year which is a joy for the students a dandiya and food are amongst the attractive page.

Fee Structure And Facilities

two kind of seats are available while opting for the courses one is free seat and the other is paid one. free seat costs 50000 in average every year that is two semester where as in case of paid seat 50000 has to be paid more than the basic free seat fee.

Fees and Financial Aid

yes the scholarships are available in the college for people with a income of less than 2 lakh per year government provides scolarships to such students.

Campus Life

2.5

the gender ratio is very unequal as in a batch of 180 students there are only less than 10 girls in a batch. no students politics take place in the campus. Rest diversity is not that well managed as the students amongst themselves are not that friendly over several issues like zonal diversified .

Hostel Facilities

2.5

the hostel rooms are not finely equipped, no facility of air condition or cooler are provided here the rent is only around 3000 per semester the food does not match the high margins thought the food also prices low as compared to other areas, the minimum diet cost about 1375 per month.

Alumni/Alumna

seniors are good in case of helping out when one needs any support, but when its about girls they become slightly irritating.

Exam Structure

the exam pattern is semester pattern, that means the complete BSc honours program has total eight semesters and one semester has exams twice once mid-semester exams take place and then the mains practicals are once every semester through the pattern is very systematic but leave a very hectic days as the exams are held in shift from different timing.

Admission

a state level examination, which is UPCATET in my case. One has to score good as the competition is high to secure a good rank. counselling takes place on online spectrum from 2018. then one has to go through counselling procedure and college is allotted on basis of their rank.

Faculty

3.5

the faculty is not that particular in case of our college but since the vice-chancellor has been changed this year things are changing, the staff is now becoming particular. Now, the classes are being held on a much regular scheduled manner which was not the case earlier.

Placement Experience:

Students get placed in starting of 4th year that is 7th semester. The companies that often visit are pradhan co.pvt.ltd, seed companies and drone companies also companies like Nestle and britannia visit for placements. Highest ctc in 2025 was 19LPA and the avg was 7.5 LPA these data are also available on nirf site. Nearly 30% students get placed because remaining prefer higher studies over placement, those who are financially weak consider placement. My plans are different, I'm preparing for CAT and want to persue mba in agribusiness management from iim ahmedabad or iim lucknow.
