Remarks

College is very good, the teachers, management, hostel and all the facilities offered is the best and the library is excellent. All the new books according to the updated syllabus are available, ONLY -ve is about the college is it is bit far and there is no public transport at all the time

I had taken DCET, and my ranking was 8445, and while coming out of CET cell, I got a poster or Shri pillappa college of engineering and was invited to visit the campus, I felt good seeing the campus and the infrastructure

Course Curriculum Overview

Well, after taking mechanical engineering seeing the infrastructure, attending classes from day 1, and I don't feel bored at all. the way of their teaching, presenting the ideas or the concepts are very innovative and interesting and Quality of education is excellent and surely I can refer this college to my friends.

Internships Opportunities

I'm not sure about the internship provided by the college, but they provide all the students with event or seminar on the topics conducted by some reputed company and also they take us to industrial visits depending with there respected branches.

Placement Experience

Most of our seniors who passed out of college got placed in the college campus, though many companies won't come but few reputed companies like HP, Dell, Infosys and other It companies for CS and EC students, for mechanical BOCSH tech Mahindra and some small-scale industry, had come to the campus.

College fest: Tarang 2017&2018 For cs branch every semester they celebrate their cs festivals'belguvadeepagalu' and they take part in the events of their cs education, the civil branch had also celebrated their branch related festival with respect to there education syllabus and other branches like mechanical and EC also keep conducting event's

Fee Structure And Facilities

Coming to the fee structure, it is very affordable, I'm happy to say you that for the Quality education what they provide is worth. They provide hostel fee at a very good price, and the infrastructure of the hostel is very good. The food of the mess is so delicious. They provide college bus at the best price, less than public transport like BMTC.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, they do offer a scholarship for the good and well impressive students, but the bad part is they don't provide scholarship for general merit students. And I don't think that they provide loan and all. but the loan can be taken from the bank and can be paid

Campus Life

According to my experience In this college life on campus is very good and appreciated by me.

Hostel Facilities

They provide hostel fee at a very good price, and the infrastructure of the hostel is very good. The food of the mess is so delicious. The facilities they provide is excellent. The cleanly room, bed and the common bathroom is well maintained. The hostel room is also very good with the lighting and ventilation

Yes, previously pass-out Students are invited by the college for the alumni meet and they do share their experiences and the challenges they went through in /out college regarding the campus will give us an idea and it will be helpful

Exam Structure

Every weekend ie, Friday and Saturday weekly text will be conducted, every month text will be conducted+they provide assignments with all the important questions as asked by the exam point of view. Totally 3 assignments will be given. And their way of preparing us by the point of exams will be excellent

Admission

They only asked my DCET ranking, 2passport size photograph and my previous mask card of Diploma and course completion certificate of Diploma , and 2 copies of attested SSLC markscard, diploma markscard,and shared information about there college and gave us the fee structure chart

Faculty

Almost all the professor's are PhD holders. The teaching of all the professor's are good.. the way of their teaching, presenting the ideas or the concepts are very innovative and interesting. The Quality of education is excellent and surely I can refer this college to my friends

Good College with Supportive Faculty and Decent Placements

Placement Experience:

Placements at RNS Institute of Technology are good. Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th or 7th semester. Many companies visit the college, including IT and core companies. Some of the common recruiters include TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, and a few core companies for EEE. The average package is around 3 to 5 LPA, and higher packages are also offered for top-performing students. The highest package can go much higher depending on the company. Around 70–80% of students get placed, mainly in IT roles. For EEE students, core placements are limited, but there are good opportunities in software roles. The college also provides training and support for placements. After completing my degree, I plan to get placed in a good company and build my career.

Placement Experience:

Most of the students get placed from the campus placements. Students get eligible for campus placements from the fifth semester. Companies like HP, Infosys, Wipro come for recruiting and make offers from 3L per annum to 30 L per annum. Around 70 percent of the students get placed through campus placement. I plan on working for a dream company after completing my degree.

Placement Experience:

After completion of the course students are divided to teachers and the food industries are come to college and interview us and the student is eligible they can select. Some standard food related companies are visited nestle, ITC mysore , sulawines and some other companies also. The CGPA of the students is 7.5 or more is good below this also get selected but more than 7.5 is good. My plan is after completion of course then do work and get some experience in the industries and some of the time I am going to select a product and launch it over the world.

They start conducting placements activities from the 2nd year itself like AMCAT preparation, skillrack, etc. So the students become eligible for campus placements from 7th sem itself. Many companies like TCS, Diggibyte, Zoho,etc. and the offers are from 3 lakh to 16 lakh per annum. Percentage of students getting placements are about 90% My plan is to get into the IT sector as i have an interest to explore and enhance my technical skills

Placement Experience:

I applied to colleges like BMSIT and Sir MVIT, and I had confirmed seats there, too. I chose RNSIT because it has a better reputation for placements in my branch and the campus environment felt more welcoming. I didn't get into RVCE because my KCET rank wasn't high enough for their top branches, as the competition was very tough that year. The admission process is simple. They mainly take students through KCET and COMEDK. You need at least 45% in your 12th boards (PCM). Most students prefer KCET because the fees are lower. Once the seat is allotted through counseling, you just visit the campus, submit your documents, and pay the fees. The whole process was quite smooth and well-organized."

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is very unique, and very new, we are not taught irrelevant subjects and topics like every university does, Polaris school of technology (PST) is a new gen college which mainly focuses on tech, producing the best engineers not amongst india but amongst the world, it's aim is to produce engineers who are better than IITians and MITians, all these specifications influenced me to choose this course/curriculum When it comes to real-world applications, Polaris school of technology(PST) gives us real-life problems and scenario based projects through evaluations which help us in the future and helps us to build a proper approach for problems and train us to be the best. We have two main exams per sem which would be conducted every 3 months that is ½th of the sem, we have a total of 8 sems, so total 16 exams, our exams would be difficult for other college students, but not for us as we have the best mentors.

Well experienced teachers, good infrastructure, college bus facility at less cost, greenery and quiet an environment made us concentrate and study well. College was a bit far, that was the only disadvantage. As it was a new college, placements had just started. So a few good companies were partnered with SPCE. My admission went really smooth. The first day when I came to visit this college, one of the college faculty had toured me around the whole campus. The infrastructure was really good, our college had a huge playground, a large canteen, where there was amazing food, many classrooms and labs, with different machine equipment for learning. All the formalities were listed down really quick, from my kcet to my stream selection. Once the payment was done, I received a letter regarding my payment. I prefered this college because of low fees structure and had heard a lot about the teachers and provided individual attention.
