Course Curriculum Overview
The syllabus of the course is very relevant. They prepare syllabi according to the CSIR-NET exam-oriented syllabus. That is very useful for higher studies also. The faculty members are very knowledgeable and friendly. We could approach them anytime for our doubts.
Internships Opportunities
There are student exchange programmes available on the campus according to each course. Thus the students get the opportunity to visit various institutes throughout the world and explore there. Internship opportunities inside the country at well-known institutes are also available.
Placement Experience
The placement opportunities provided by the campus are good. There used to be placement interviews happening every year for those who passed out from their respective courses. Those who wish to participate in the interviews have a very high chance of getting recruited by some of the well-known companies throughout the country and even abroad.
Fees and Financial Aid
Compared to the other courses provided by the institute M.Sc Physics had a very low fee for the two years. I had to pay Rs. 35000 for the first year and Rs. 30000 for the second year. Examination fees had to be paid separately.
Campus Life
There is a beautiful and vast campus. It is well maintained and ecofriendly. There are lots of fest in the college throughout the year for the entertainment of students. The central library comprises a large collection of books in almost all the branches offered here. Classrooms are smart with a good study environment. The sports activities are also going well in the campus. We have an excellent tea for many of the sports items including basketball and volleyball.
Admission
When I took admission, the process was offline. I visited the college to find the availability of seats and then took admission. Now the procedures are online. There are separate entrance examinations for B. Tech admission.
