JIET : A PLACE TO COME

I chose CSE as I have been a computer science student in my 12th too and it's one of my favorite subjects till now. I don't much about the ratio but it's quiet good. Faculty is good and hardworking as they are always trying their best to give their 100% and are supportive. There were 2 mid term exams each day of 40 marks each and I think they were not that much hard, the only thing was revising the syllabus and practicing the questions of that topic was sufficient enough to score good.

There have been so many roles and opportunities for students in internships as they got that environment to skill up their level and came to learn so many new things. Students here are going in IITs like in jodhpur , kharagpur , Bombay for their internships which are helping them so much to do their best. As I am in 1st year so I had not got any opportunity to go for internships till now as it will start from second year.

From 3rd year students become eligible for the placements. The companies visiting are Infosys,TCS,reliance,mrf,idfc and many others. Highest package was 33 L.P.A and average package is around 6-8 L.P.A. 90-95% students are getting placed. I will definitely go for good placement and the backup plan is going for civil services later on.

Fee structure including transport (without hostel) is nearly 146000 per year.hosyel fee is 95000 and the transport fee is around 25k-30k and the education fee is around 120k I am right now in my first year so my parents are filling it .

Annual fest I the reasonance which happens in December and January month ... it's a 3 day-night fest and its always amazing and exciting. The library is quiet good and providing good books and the support staff is good too. Amenities in classroom is smart board,projector and security camera. The college is regularly involved in sports and promoting it too with exciting winning prizes. Clubs are:- Gaming club Entrepreneurship cell Photography club Student council And many other....

I appeared in JEE exam through which I applied in REAP for admission in rajasthan College and by which I got JIET CSE in choice filling round and I finalized it then. Eligibility is 12th pass. I found application on internet and I can't remember fee right now. I am OBC , so I applied through it. The improvement which I want to see is that I thought they are taking admission through REAP but they are taking on normal basis too in which they are taking any student without any percentage or any entrance exam and that's the main reason of degradation college opportunities and placements.
