Likes

I like the college environment of having more trees and pleasant place to study.
I like the academics and attending of labs.
There is no ragging in our college even in the hostels also.

Dislikes

I didn't like the involvement of other students in cultural activities.
They didn't focus in the talent of the student.
Bus facility and canteen is not good in our college

I have choosen ECE because of knowing the depth of electronics subject through that I can get a job in hardware company.Our faculty is good in teaching but somewhat poor in speaking skills.The staff all are of Mtech qualified.In every 6 months we have the term exams it is moderately difficult.

Internships Opportunities

We have did internships in every semester from 2-1 onwards .We did it in the online itself so that we didn't have any stipend and we did it in software also.We are now doing the major projects in a startup company through that we also get a internship certificate.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are somewhat ok when compared to other colleges and universities.But coming to scholarships we didn't have for general category but remaining candidates have that opportunity.Coming to the placements upto now I have have a job in my hand because of recession we didn't have much companies in our college.Present we are doing the internship.

Campus Life

They have conducted a tech fest in January of 2022 and recently they conducted cultural fest in March 2023.In library we have so many different authors books and they are much useful to us.Sports and remaining activities like dance,music,art are good but not as much as we enjoy.@vasavians official,@sakala club .

Admission

My eligibility of getting ECE branch is of 25,000 rank of cutoff at the time of my joining.But now it became a business for the colleges so that they made the cutoff range to high end ranks.Its being a issue of reservation and caste wise ranking system so that many of the students who belongs to general category are unable to join to in the particular college which they want to join .So there should be an improvement in the admission of filtering the candidate as per there intermediate marks itself rather than the ranking process.

I would rate the course curriculum a 4.5 out of 5. The college got many new department like cyber security and artificial intelligence and data science as well. The exams are little bit difficult i felt. Teaching method are good and understanding. The frequently and timing for exams is less and more difficult that i felt. Got less time for preparation.

Highest they show was 60Lpa obviously off campus and was in the year 2022 but there were quite good ones from AWS 32 lpa, yugabyte 44lpa, Morgan Stanley 29lpa. Average package is 5.9lpa. Percentage of students getting placed is dropped slightly because of the increase in studemt intake

About SVEC Tadepalligudem

I only applied to Sri Vasavi Engineering College and SRKR Engineering College but not selected into SRKR College because cutoff for SRKR is less than my eamcet rank which is 18k and cutoff is nearly 12k after it my next best choice is Sri Vasavi Engineering College luckily I got seat in this college which I feel fortunate for it. we can enter into college through eamcet and ecet. i came from eamcet. After completion of eamcet if we get seat in college we have to submit the reporting and give intermediate tc and no fee taken at registration but later we have to pay money for uniform, university fee etc. my eamcet rank is 18k and from general category, our course cutoff is 32k at our time(2022)....Read More
