Course Curriculum Overview

4

I was preparing for mbbs but instead of putting tons load of money in an private institution for completing my mbbs was not favoured by my guardians and I wanted to stat in this medical field only so I did b pharm. Faculty here are highly qualified and we also have some faculties as our mentors that is for 10 students there is one faculty mentor for resolving any issues in the college. There is about 40 students in my section and total 890 students in the year

Internships Opportunities

1

As I am in third year of my degree I don't know the complete data but my seniors are doing their internships at good companies and college also gives you extra classes if you wanted to prepare for exams like GPAT GMAT etc

Placement Experience

3.5

Students become eligible for college placements after they completed their 3rd year. More than 25 mnc visited this year I don't know the complete data. The highest package of this year was 45 lpa and average about 20 alpa. Placements are close to 100% if you study here you get placed no matter what but only if you want to.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees of this institute is comparatively fine considering the facilities they provide. They also have scholarship for ews students and obs SC st. But there is this fine system which imposes huge amount of fine for very small things.

Campus Life

3.5

Once yearly we have a annual fest ignitia. And annually a sports fest too. Being in b pharm we also have many national and international conferences like APTICON and IPR. Good amount of books are available in the library. Classrooms are well furnished with ac facilities and smart education.

Hostel Facilities

3

Hostel rooms are quite good a bit small but fine and most importantly the cleanliness here is too good. Only problem staying in the hostel is the strict rules and the food. Prices of there rooms are good as there is no good pg or other hostels nearby for this price.

Admission

I took the upcet but my admission is based on my PI that they took there. You can visit or call for there application form it is also available on the internet. Reservation benefits only for the OBC SC and st or if you belong to economically weaker section.

Placement Experience:

Placements in my college are average, not very high but some companies do visit every year. Students become eligible for placements from final year, mostly from 7th or 8th semester. Companies are not very big mostly local or mid level pharma companies come. Some roles offered are like production, quality control and marketing. Highest package is not very high, around 3-4 LPA and average package is around 2-2.5 LPA. Percentage of students getting placement is not very high, maybe around 40-50% approx. Many students prefer to go for higher studies or try off campus jobs. My plan after completing degree is to look for job in pharma field or maybe go for higher studies depending on opportunity. Overall placement is okay but needs improvement.

Placement Experience:

The placements of my college is average, not very high but also not too bad. Students become eligible for campus placement from 7th semester. Some companies visit the college but not many big companies comes regularly. Companies like small pharma companies and local companies visit and offer roles like production, quality control and sales. The highest package is around 3–4 LPA and average package is about 2–2.5 LPA. Number of offers is also limited and not all students get placed. Around 30-40% students get placement from campus, rest students have to search job on their own or go for higher studies. College gives some support but not very strong placement help. Because of this, many students including me are planning for higher studies or preparing for competitive exams to get better opportunities. Overall placement is okay but need improvement.
