Course Curriculum Overview
Faculty members are decent. They should focus on the retention of professors. The course I perceived would help me in getting global exposure and curriculum but in actuality, it's more theoretical rather than practical. The exams are easy to pass.
Internships Opportunities
They have internship opportunities as per my knowledge stipend is decent not that good. Companies like Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Coke, Asian Paints, and HT Media come with internship opportunities on campus.
Placement Experience
They are below average compared to the amount of tuition fee, hostel fee, and the expenses included. They claim to provide 100 percent placement. They have four domains marketing, finance, operations, and Human resources.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is quite expensive and should focus on cost reduction. They help in SIP. The average stipend is 5000 to 7000. They claim 100 percent placement but the placement drive is too slow and should focus on bringing good companies.
Campus Life
Campus life at UBS is like being in Gurukul. People who are focused can get a space to excel in their domains. The books are there in the college library. As the campus is distant from city life it helps you focus and keeps you away from distractions.
Hostel Facilities
The accommodation is also expensive but the facilities are good. Regular cleaning, checkups, etc. are taken care of. Security is also good and taken care of all the time. They provide triple sharing, double sharing, and single sharing.
Admission
At least more than 60% in English in 10th class and 12th class. Should focus more on aptitude, group discussions, and personal interviews. Application forms can be found on the official website as well.
Interview Experience
Yes, the first step in selection was a group discussion, then there was a Personal Interview. For students who score less than 60% in English in 10th or 12th. They had an entrance exam as well which was UBSAT.
