The admission process was conducted in two phases. Phase 1 was an extempore round. The selected candidates from Phase 1 had to sit for Phase 2, that is PI. The application form along with other relevant details can be found on the official site of the university. Overall the process was very smooth and efficiently conducted.

The course curriculum of PGDM single specialization is very compact and covers all the management subjects required to be learnt by an individual. The two-year course is divided into 6 terms. From term 3 onwards we get to study the selected specialization. The professors have several years of industry experience and are excellent when it comes to teaching us. The exam structure is divided into three parts: internals, mid-term exams and end-term exams. The standard of exams is moderate to high but if one attends classes regularly, the exams are easy to pass.

The companies that come to our campus are mainly start-up companies that provide fairly decent stipends. The internship duration is 3 months. A good number of companies come to the campus for internships. The process starts in the first year itself and proper training is provided for it.

The placements in our college are fairly decent. The average package is 8lpa. The quality of companies that come to our college is decent. Since I am doing a specialization in HR, this time 14 students have received 10lpa package.

The fees are fairly standard compared to other colleges. The ROI is good if anyone wants to pursue HR. This time 14 out of 20 students with a specialization in HR secured a job of CTC 10 lakhs. The college provides merit-based scholarships as well as financial assistance as and when required.

Life on the campus is vibrant and busy. There are a large number of events conducted from time to time by various clubs. Sports tournament is also conducted every year. I am a part of the Zalent club and we focus on attracting talents from outside to our college.

The hostel facility is great. We get electricity, water and security for 24 hours. The rooms are spacious with attached bathrooms. There is a common lobby in the hostel area. The boy and girl hostels are separate. There are provisions for single, double and triple sharing. The food by Sodexo is very good.

I had to crack the admission process in two rounds. The first round was an extempore round where contemporary topics were given for speaking. The second round comprised of PI. The questions began with a basic introduction followed by general knowledge questions about news and articles.
