multipurpose hall with lot of facility and good vibe where the seminar is conducted.

Course Curriculum Overview

BPT is the course that deals with a person having paralysis of muscle, nerve, etc. I am interested in it so when googled about its importance in medical science. The faculty ratio is comparatively average in this branch. student ratio in one batch is 30 and the ratio of both is going to increase in the upcoming year. Almost all of the faculty teaching the batch have MPT in a well-reputed college and all the assistant professor have a a doctorate and Ph.D. and more than that HOD of the department have experience more than other faculty.

Class Size: 30Course Fees: INR 103000 per year

Internships Opportunities

The internship is conducted for 6 months with 3 months at KMCT and another 3 months at another professional college. Projects should be conducted on workers of various professions and their outcomes should be noted like their muscle activity.

Fees and Financial Aid

1st year has 130000 like fee structures and the upcoming one has 76650 like fee structures. it is extremely high for middle-class people. other than fees medical equipment, uniform, and book cost is considerably high. Grace is available.

Campus Life

library of the college is considerably large and has numerous type of book and also have a computer for data analysis. The classroom has 15 benches with 4 fans and 4 tube lights and the class is comparatively large with a good board. college usually gives importance to sports and extracurricular activities. Sports are conducted in December month Nature group, Travel group, and Library Club.

Admission

Passed plus two with 95%. The application form is linked through LBS and further details can be in further procedure. OBC reservation is available but not applied for this The LBS admission procedure is longer than any other, so please enhance the time of the procedure.

There are only postings in 3rd and 4th year for 2 month only . Physiotherapy is a course where more hospital familiarity is needed and the students should get experience only through clinical practice .

How I survived there since 2020

Course Curriculum Overview:

My dad works in rehabilitation industry so I had an idea about this and I loved biology during school time . This is a course which focuses on movement rather than medicine . Along with movement, compassion and empathy is also a necessary factor in this course. This curriculum at this college can't actually prepare you to real life applications since this hospital is an eye hospital and exposure is less for this specific course. For me personally a lot of improvements should be made in the course curriculum such as real life treatment of patients provides more exposure to the students that will help with their practical knowledge. Students should be provided equal opportunities in sports events that they're invited to be a junior physio. Frequency and timing of exams are quite okay and less pressurising with adequate intervals.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The syllabus last was updated in 2016 .... but they dont teach new techniques improvised for the same conditions.. they should add recent articles or studies into syllabus to stay updated ... and they didnt remove outdated techniques which is found to be harmful for human .. in each three months there will be internal exams conducted by respective college but the final exam will be held at each year ... mostly in January or February .. and alk are medium leve questions no easy questions should be expected

Anna University affiliated and it is very well known.teachers are friendly.they teach very well.i love computer scienxw and engineering.so i choose that coarse. The admission process was pretty good. Eligibility for this course is plus two and no need for any entrance exams. The admission is based on the plus marks. I took admission through LBS and the application fee for this is 900. On the basis of our rank, we will get our seats in applied colleges and our classes will start in January. Also have reserved seats for OBC, SE, and ST. The allotment process is quite lag and it is better to be improved and start class as early as possible. Reality of transparency

Eligibility of course is 80%mark in higher secondary board exams. Application forms are available on the LBS site of the Kerala government, application fees is around 2k and the application date at the month of May, reservation available for the OBC ST SC students, The improvement needed in the admission process is to make the admission steps faster because we wait almost 6 months for the process completion...Read More
