What Students Say

Likes

Faculty are very open so we can ask our doubts easily.
Security and rules are very good in order to provide a secure environment for students.
There is no ragging , so juniors have no need to fear the seniors.

Dislikes

Few computers in some labs are outdated so they are a little bit slow.
Canteen food is not worth the money less quantity.
Faculty have the caliber but some don't know how to explain.

Course Curriculum Overview

The new curriculum is tough compared to the previous one. You have to be attentive in both studies and sports as well in order to score good marks. Faculty are open with students and strict at the same time. As I wanna be a software Engineer I choose this course.

Class Size: 72Course Fees: INR 190000 per year

Placement Experience

Yeah, placements are available in our college, and students are eligible to attend them from the 6th sem onwards. TCS, Mahindra, Infosys, Miracle, etc are the companies that come for recruitment. In normal circumstances, 60 to 70 percent of students will be placed. I plan to get a job soon after completion of my degree.

Fees and Financial Aid

In the case of counseling students of they meet certain criteria, they will get a total fee reassessment. In case of management, you have to pay 2lakhs per annum. Nowadays college is providing internships as well.

Campus Life

Yeah, campus life is very good. Fest will be conducted one every four years based on what I experienced. Sports and games competitions will be held every year like volleyball, table tennis, board games, etc. mlsc, gdsc and Sakala is clubs for coding and dancing, singing, and arts.

Admission

No entrance exam in our college. We have to join through counseling based on our apeamcet ranking. If we have met the criteria our total fee will be paid by the government otherwise we have to pay the fee ourselves. In the case of management seat, we have to pay the fee of 2 lakh per annum.

From my selected course I have better placement opportunities and internship of ancient is a also said the minimum package is 6 lakhs per annum in my course highest package is 1200000 and lowest package is 3 lakh per annum for every five students at you are getting place today in multinational companies with different packages

Placements are good in our college and the Teachers said that all the information when give career guidance how to attend our interviews in placements time and how to crack a exam percentage of student is based on 7.5 CGPA must be included and my plans after degree to get a job and improve my skills and go further. Highest package is almost 44 lakh annum and average package is 400000 placements ratio is 5:3 the companies visited or Amazon Wipro Microsoft Google etc from first semester in the 4th year the placement opportunities are eligible

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the course curriculum a 4.5 out of 5. The college got many new department like cyber security and artificial intelligence and data science as well. The exams are little bit difficult i felt. Teaching method are good and understanding. The frequently and timing for exams is less and more difficult that i felt. Got less time for preparation.

Highest they show was 60Lpa obviously off campus and was in the year 2022 but there were quite good ones from AWS 32 lpa, yugabyte 44lpa, Morgan Stanley 29lpa. Average package is 5.9lpa. Percentage of students getting placed is dropped slightly because of the increase in studemt intake

About SVEC Tadepalligudem

I only applied to Sri Vasavi Engineering College and SRKR Engineering College but not selected into SRKR College because cutoff for SRKR is less than my eamcet rank which is 18k and cutoff is nearly 12k after it my next best choice is Sri Vasavi Engineering College luckily I got seat in this college which I feel fortunate for it. we can enter into college through eamcet and ecet. i came from eamcet. After completion of eamcet if we get seat in college we have to submit the reporting and give intermediate tc and no fee taken at registration but later we have to pay money for uniform, university fee etc. my eamcet rank is 18k and from general category, our course cutoff is 32k at our time(2022)....Read More
