I was compelled to join the course by my parents. The faculty is good. Teaching is good and their qualifications are sufficient. Practical sessions are poor. Exams are held every 6 months and it's too difficult to score and even pass, kuhs syllabus is very terrible to crack out. Students are very frustrated.

Class Size: 90Course Fees: INR 91500 per year

Internships Opportunities

Actually, we had an internship last yr. The clinical experience is not very good. The internship sessions would be better if we had the privilege to do care for patients. In Kims, we don't have any privilege to even check the vitals of patients.

Placement Experience

Placements are in connection with Kim's hospital. Students can opt for their working environment. She can choose kims for the working environment. The starting salary is 15000. My plan is to crack any competitive exam and join the associated job.

Fees and Financial Aid

The total cost of the Study is around 9 lakhs including hostels. There are no scholarships for Hindu students. Very difficult for an average family to pay the fees. No stipend provided a lot of expenses for stationary items for doing assignments and projects.

Campus Life

Campus Life is okay in comparison with other nursing colleges. Yearly nurses kalostavam and other fests and competitions are held. Books and journals in the library are adequate. Sports and extracurricular activities are encouraged.

Admission

Age more than 18 yrs, More than 80%mark, Online application, I have a suggestion regarding the admission process only state syllabus students are getting admission to good colleges because students are pushed back. So need an entrance test for admission eligibility.

I choose this course because of better job opportunity.In this course there is a good student faculty ratio but now number of seats are increasing .So the number of faculties should be increased.The faculties should have a pg degree in this course and good skill.our admission process was too much delayed and it is exhausting us .they are compensating the delay by making the exams early.it is difficult to pass the exam while there is no time to study as we are spending so much time in writing assignments

Remarks:

Positive remarks are the college is situated at the Malampuzha and the Malampuzha is one of the best spot in Palakkad. Nature beauty is perfectly induced here. Calm and Quiet area. We can walk through the road which the two sides are well arranged with the Trees. Negative remarks are no college ground. We need to play on irrigation dept ground or Navodaya vidyalaya group.

The eligibility criteria was 12th pass with 50%of marks. I found this application in ewsaper and the application fees and dates in the PNCMAK association website. I had no reservation benefits as I belongs to General Category. This takes longer time to call the allotments. And There is differences with the category.
