Icem review

Overall college is very strict. Dress code are filled on regular basis. I'd card is mandatory every day. College is on a far distance from the main City but traveling facilities are provided to students.

I pursied 78% in diploma. This college was alloted according to my percentage. I choosed mechanical stream because I already had a mechanical engineering diploma previously and I decided to go for higher studies.

Mechanical is a core branch of engineering so that is the reason O went to this stream. Being a mechanical engineer you can go in many fields like IT, electrical, computer etc. Designing is my favourite part in mechanical engineering so to complete my future interest I chosed this stream.

No icem does not provide any line of intership to students over here. I think in future their will be providing internship soon. So let's hope for it

Icem placements are quiet statisfactory. Icem has a whole placement cell unit. In this unit students from each branch are appointed to work for college placement. The college brings around some good and some statisfactory group of companies every year.

In icem many events are organised. Such as sports day, avishkar, gatherings, all kinds of days like traditional day, suits day, mismatch day, black and white day, kurta day etc. Many religious festivals such as navratra, ganpati, shivjanyanti, Independence day, republic day etc are celebrated.

Fee structure is quite statisfactory Open category students pay 93000 per annum for 3rd year. While obc category students pay 42000 per annum. Cast students fee structure is not known. Fee structure differs from year to year. Open category students can apply for end scholarships.

College provides different kind of scholarships to different categories of students like open, obc, St, nt etc. For open category students ebc scholarship is provided. Notice of following scholarship is provided time to time on the notice board and the scholarship and amount is submitted to students bank account.

In my branch girls to boys ratio is very less i.e boys are very more in number as compare to girls. Cultural activities are held in college. Robotics program and seminars are conducted on college on regular basis, sports category students are also well responded. Many sports activities are conducted in college.

Hostel facilities are quite good. All the hostel students are provided with a message card. Mess card should be updated per month. Bus facility is also provided by college. Canteen is quite expensive as per its rate so canteen review is satisfactory.

Alumini meets are conducted every year. Senior students give their valuable time to come and be a part of alumini meet every year. Alumini meets are helpful because they increase the bonding between student and teachers.

Exam structure is good. The college has its own exam section unit provided. The labs are very well maintained and also well equipped. Exam timetable are displayed to notice board periodically. Seating arrangements are displayed on the LCD screen provided in the basement of college.

I completed my diploma in year 2016. Final aggregate marks obtained my me were 78%. I applied for CAP processes under Sppu University. There 4 were total 4 rounds in total. I was alloted my Icem in my 4th round. I applied the CAP process form open category

College faults vary in their own perspective. Some faculty is Senior and some are Junior. Majority faculty is Senior in icem. The senior faculty has good experience in their respective field. Senior Faculty is strict and time punctual. Overall all the faculty in icem are time punctual. Teaching differs from faculty to Faculty. Some teachers teach well while others teach with moderate skills.
