Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because I was allotted in CSAB round. The faculty here are excellent. And we don't have mids. We have CT-1,CT-2 and Sem. CTs are like units.But some subjects' lecturers conduct Mids also

Internships Opportunities

From 3rd yr we have internships. As I came now only I don't have idea about internships. But if you manage to get a good internship, you'll be able to get a high package job. I will come to know about them after this yrs placements.

Placement Experience

Placements are good as top companies come to our college. Like Cognizant, google,IBM etc... The highest package of previous placements is 98 lakh per annum and the average package will be around 20 lakhs. Around 85 percent students will be place in the campus placements itself. I am planning to do M.Tech after completing my B.Tech.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are many opportunities for scholarships based on income of the parents l. And for SC and ST category Tution will not be there. We can even take studyloans in the college itself. I got SC category scholar ship and as my father is a govt officer we won't get any other scholarships.

Campus Life

The life in campus will not be like a typical Indian area. We have much more freedom compared to outside. We have fests also. The two important fests are Festember, AAVEG. We can play sports when ever we want and there are all types of sports available here. And we have many clubs for many purposes.

Hostel Facilities

In room we are provided with a bed, shelf, a table and a chair. The hostel mess is not excellent but it is okay. The registration process will be guided by our seniors. And we have two badminton courts in each hostel. A common room for every floor is also provided.

Hostel Fee: INR 49000 per year

Admission

As it is the top most NIT in India, it is wonderful as every one expects but we have to student harder for good grades when compared to other colleges. The hostels are nice and for first years there is triple occupation and from 2nd yr we can choose double occupation or single occupation.

How I See Sathyabama!

Placement Experience:

The placements is really good. They started our placement training in our 2nd year itself. for the next batches they are starting from first year. They give importance for placements. Many companies visit our college for internships and campus placements. The training is also done by good training institutes like CCC etc. Students are categorised according to their performance in the tests which has aptitude and coding rounds. I myself is a part of Super Dream Batch. There will be a lot of tests but they gradually prepare u for the placements. Highest package last year for arounf 50L per annum and this year its around 41L per annum.

A Detailed Reflective Review on My College Learning Life

Placement Experience:

from the 5th semester students become eligible for intern roles. and from 6th semester they are eligible for full time roles. the highest package is around 50 lpa and the avg is around 4.5-5 lpa i guess i paln to bet placements before the degree itself and would like to see me in a prod based company with a high package

Placement Experience:

From the 6th semetser onwards the students are eligible for campus placememnts.Major companies who offer placement are amazon,jpmorgon and oracle with higher packages above 15 to 20 laks.More than 2000 offers were received last year overall for the studenst and the highest package is around 42lpa and nealry 80% of the student get placed (only is theyve applied for the placement).My plan is to place in a company and do masters and working for 1 to 2 years

Good college for growth if you utilize it well

Placement Experience:

Placement Experience:

top tech companies will come to our campus for replacement some of them are Amazon, JP Morgan, TCS, cognizant according to our skill level, they will choose before applying for any company. And the average placement they offer is 7-10 LPA. You should pass some exams in our college, which is held by our placement cell, so those are pretty much annoying nearly 10 exams they will put just for applying for each company.

NIT Trichy In A Nutshell

I personally am from Maharashtra so for VNIT Nagpur I Would Have Got ECE(HS) But Is Prefered this college for its national importance and name....i Even was getting top maharashtra colleges from MHTCET.....I wasnt Able To Clear The Criteria In JEE Advanced to Get Into IITs And Hence Couldnt Go There....The 2nd paper went terribly wrong for me but now i am happy....We have the match the required criteria in jee mains to get this clg....also 75% in boards is inportant for Gen and OBC and For SC ST it is 65%....Then Go Through a very very long admission process named JOSAA then CSAB(if you want to upgrade your seat) Then Pay The Fees And Report Physically...Read More
