Course Curriculum Overview

I am choosing this course because I am interested in human resources so that is why I took an MBA in HR. And also they have provided only dual courses. The School of Management of Sastra faculties are very well-trained and experienced person. Their way of teaching is so good and easily understandable.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 120000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Our placement officer will contact some of the good reputation companies and get one month or 2 months internship for students. They suggest L&T, Tech Mahandra, Ashok Leyland, TCS, Taj Hotel, etc., This above companies offer some internships at the same time placements for Finance, Marketing, HR, and Data analytics.

Fees and Financial Aid

Per semester fees Rs.60000. Scholarship also provided for financially unstable parents who have got good marks in undergraduate students. Total around Rs.260000 for finishing the MBA course in Sastra

Campus Life

Here the infrastructure is good for all departments and places even though good canteen also and also clean and very hygienic for every place. There is 2 library in this college. One the library is too big and has more facilities to study without any disturbance. Indoor and outdoor games are there. This college supports all types of curriculum activities on this campus.

Admission

I attended the college entrance exam. There is a 3-round. Apptitude round, Group discussion round and write test. There is no recommendation or any kind of reservation. They provide admission only on a merit basis. The application form will be easily filled up in the Sastra portal.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is round and bounded, including all necessary details and information. The easiest subject for me is INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS taken by Srinivasan sir. The exam details are as follows CAT1, CAT2, MODEL EXAMINATION and END SEMESTER EXAMINATION. CAT1 & CAT2 is of 50 marks each of 1½ hrs. MODEL EXAMINATION is of 100 of 3hrs. END SEMESTER EXAMINATION is of 100 of 3hrs.

Structured comfort and seafaring discipline.

Placement Experience:

There is no placement offered by our college. The students are eligible for internship form the 3rd semester. Only 2 students from the batch gets the opportunity to avail placement. My plan is to work as logistics manager or freight forwarder in a reputed company.

Think merit think sastra

I didnt apply for any other colleges but sastra's admission process was straight forward. Unlike every other popluar engineering college like VIT, sastra offers seat through 2 streams. One is either by writing jee mains and a cumulative of jee and board marks will be taken into account with a weightage of 50-50. Second is through stream 2 where only board marks are needed to get admission which many colleges dont do. If u have above 90% in your boards and above 90% in jee mains im pretty sure u will get a seat either for ECE or CSE. But for other courses like EEE, aerospace, mechanical, the marks needed is quite less...Read More
