Life at GLS University

This college is good for doing your graduation, and to prepare for your Masters degree or any other entrance examinations, as it is liberal and supports students. The college life is fun, and the overall experience is good.

The admission to this University is taken purely on the basis of your 12th board examinations score. You have to apply for the college by filling a form. And if your are shortlisted on the basis of your boards score, you are given admission to the college.

I studied BBA at this college. Well there is not much practical learning to do in our college but still we were given some exposure.

Students opt for internships on their own at different firms to gain experience and knowledge of the real world jobs. Internships are really helpful, some firms give a nominal stipend of 1-3K per month.

Well, there is no scope for Placement, as students opting for BBA or even BCA are either preparing for CAT or CA, they have there eyes on Master degree in MBA or MCA so the college hardly porvides a campus placement. Some students do get off campus placements.

The fees amount is less compared to other BBA colleges, it is about 0.66 lacs for 3 whole years, i.e. 22,000/- per year. The fees is quite affordable, the university also has TFW for economically backward class students.

The Faculties are good, they have years of teaching experience and are well versed with the subject they teach. PowerPoint presentations and report making makes the session interactive. The standard of teaching is good.
