Remarks

There are a lot of things one can mention as remark. The best thing about the college is there is a lot of scope for doing creative stuff here.

Entrance Preview

I took direct admission here through donation. As I was desirous to go with engineering so I took a seat. For us there was no interview session.

Course Curriculum Overview

As far as curriculum is concerned, it is very good. We get a lot of opportunities to go with practical learning. It is quite understandable at the same time too elaborated.

Internships Opportunities

Internships are given or we can rather call it as training programs. We are not paid with stipends but we are charged with some amount to attend them.

Placement Experience

Placements are provided with many companies throughout the nation. Some companies like Ford, Mahendra, TATA etc came for placements last year.

College Events

Events are too scarce here. Some technical fests like SAHASTRA conducted last month are organised time to time.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee is very much in our reach. For each year we are charged around 75 thousands for tuition fee and some extra fee is also taken during course duration.

Fees and Financial Aid

Loans are provided upon demand of students. Scholarship are also given on merit basis.

Campus Life

Extra curricular activities like Talent Hunt, Treasure hunt, dj nights are organised.

Hostel Facilities

Hostels are there but are not maintained well. Most of the students prefer PGs or flats outside.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni network is diverse in our college. Many from here are placed in good organisations. Interaction sessions are not much frequently organised.

Exam Structure

Exams are too boring. The assessment they conduct use to be very much hectic.

Faculty

Faculty is good. The best thing that deal me the most is the way they explain. They are qualified well and also they have good understanding of their respective subjects.

SGSITS: JUST A BIG BRAND

Placement Experience:

At the end of 2nd year, companies like goldman sachs comes to take interns. For placements students become eligible from 6th or 7th semester. In recent years goldman sachs is the biggest recruiter, oracle and Deloitte have also recruited, other firms like tcs and infosys also come. Giants like Amazon and google have stopped visiting since few years. Last year highest package was 72 lpa to an ece student. Average lies around 8 lpa. In tech branch 70-80% students are placed. In lower branches 50-60% students are placed. My plan is also to get placed at a decent package after completion of course.

The college have good placements as far as I got to know. The highest package was 8500000 lpa last year and average package was 1900000 lpa. My plan after the degree is to get god job in ECE cire company.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to get placed and many companies visits every year for placement and approx 60-70% students gets placement every year.As per my knowledge there is no company which has made no offer.Average package is about 6-7 lakhs per annum.My plan is to take good package from on campus placement drive.If I am unable to get this then I will try for off campus placement and I also want to do MTECH after graduating.

A campus of learning, friendship and future prospects

Placement Experience:

Campus Pl start from the 7th semester with good companies visiting for core branches popular recruiters are tafe eichers, CG power, Disa. Cognizant and Infosys for the IT roles also. The average package is up to the 6 LPA. After completing my degree I am planning To join a good company of the mechanical branch which helps me in building my career in the core engineering field.

I did not apply in any other colleges i directly take the admission in this college.
