Course Curriculum Overview
The prime reason for me to choose this course was that MBA provides us with hands-on experience in the corporate world. There is nothing that an MBA can't do and therefore I thought of doing this course. The faculty-to-student ratio is 1:65 in our college. The faculties are from IIMs and IITs.
Placement Experience
The placement of the college is good as there are numerous numbers of companies coming in for recruitment every year along the hour for different profiles and different positions. The companies are Deloiteee, Verity, Protiviti and berkadia. 98% of the entire batch gets placed and the rest is chosen for further studies.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is 14,90,000 for the entire two-year duration of the course and if we get good ranks in our semester exams then we are given scholarships to the first 3 students. The fee hike policy is not known to me. No financial assistance was availed as well.
Campus Life
The campus life at KSOM is fun-loving as we have great seniors and faculty mentors here, who make this place altogether a better place for us. There is an annual fest that is held every year on our campus. The amenities in the classroom are wifi, AC, a camera, and a smart TV.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facility provided to us in KSOM is great, the infrastructure is good we have a common kitchen to cook if we want to cook something and the meal provided in the mess is also very decent and the menu keeps on changing regularly, giving us enough amount of options to us for food and meals.
Admission
The eligibility for the course is dependent upon the marks that we have scored in our graduation and as well as the MBA entrance exam. Coming to the entrance exam I sat for the KIITEE management exam and I was able to get a good rank and also scored above 75% in my graduation. The application to apply for MBA was available online and therefore I paid the application fees and applied for the course.
