Likes

The thing I liked very much about college was that many hackathons are organised and all the faculties encourage and support the students to participate in all events and suport.
The cantee enviroment is too good as they have made a new building for canteen. Food here is affordable and hygienic.
Campus is comparatively big and also contains a cricket ground and many pictographical places.

Dislikes

The only thing I dislike is that if you are to live in a hostel or PG, you can face some issues. There is no mess in the hostel, though there are multiple tiffen services available. Also as Vasad is a small town, not all resources are available.
The area of college is rural so you need to behave in such manner.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because I wanted to learn about technology. The faculties are very much qualified in the department. Also, they coordinate with students in a friendly manner while keeping a strict attitude whenever required. The term exams are designed in such a way to make us students cover the important topics of the subject and allow us to prepare well for the external examination.

Internships Opportunities

The college does not provide Internship opportunities to every student. The students of the Aeronautical department can avail many benefits due to the startup by college's students named Vartix Aerospace. They provide internship opportunities. Alongside, the college also provides internship opportunities to aero students in companies like Air India, ISRO, etc.

Placement Experience

Students can apply for campus placements from semester 7. The Highest package last year was 9 LPA and the average package was 5 LPA. Companies such as TCS, L&T, Aditya Birla Group, ELECON Engineering Ltd., IBM, etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

You can apply for any scholarship as well as the one offered by the college trust. Even the faculties help you with the scholarships and acknowledge you with the one you can avail more benefits. Many well-known companies came to the college during the placement drive and the maximum package for the year 2022-23 was 9 LPA.

Campus Life

A national-level tech fest PRAKARSH and the annual fest MALHAR is organised every year in March/April with full enthusiasm. Also, the cultural fest XITIJ is organized on the campus. The sports activities are extraordinary. The classrooms and labs have air-conditioners available. There are a few number of clubs run by students. Ted talks were also organized on September 23. The library is full of books and they provide ebooks as well as e-materials.

Admission

Admission was through ACPC and GUJCET or JEE are required for admission. As the field is IT, the cut-off of tfws(tuition fee waiver scheme) was around 2000. But overall, the admission process was very smooth.

ITNU means total independence!

Placement Experience:

I am in my 7th semester and I was asked to apply. After beging rejected from two I was still provided the opportunity and in 4th attempt I finally made it. Likewise every student is provided ample chances and mostly in penultimate semester around 70% students are placed. Rest all get one final chance in the massive placements activity in the final semester.

Curriculum is very much relevant and upto the mark regular meetuing happen with student and teacher and some outside faculty also visit for checking of syllabus and exam difficulty is medium if you solve past year paper you can clear the exams.

Placement of Ec are too high and nice : go for it

Placement Experience:

From 7 th semester student get eligible for placements. Highest package was of 38 lpa Lowest package was of 10 lpa Average package is 15 lpa . This data is from last year . Placements are nice and good . I want the placements after degree. Average 92 % students get placed last year .

Placement Experience:

From 7th semeZester students become eligible for campus placements.There are lots of companies are visited like TCS,Reliance,ONGC and lots of famous company visited for the placements.They almost gives you a package of 4-5 lakh/annum so the basically the highest package of our college is 40 Lakh/Annume and the average package of our college is 4 to 5 Lakh/annum.Almost 70/75% students getting a placements.My plan after getting a degree is to get a government job,

Current Details of SVIT

Honestly I targeted SVIT, because it was near by vadodara, easy to travel and timings were also good enough to get adpoted with. The fews structure and environment their is much better than other colleges. The admission process is through ACPC, vacant quota, management quota and SC/ST quota. I got admission through vacant quota after 2nd round of ACPC. The cutoff for ACPC in Computer Engineering at my admission time was 5000. And for vacanct quota it was extended to 9000 after 3rd round of ACPC . The admission process was smooth. The SVIT journey

I applied in PDPU(PDEU) and Lj university ahmedabad. I chose this college because 1) It is one of the best and renowned college inour region 2)The feels is comparatively too less.Yes my application in Nirma University(ahm) got rejected because i couldn't clear the cutoff of CSE of that college.The admission process in SVIT is simple you if youre alloted seat through ACPC or you need to visit the campus for management quota.The exams required here are 12th PCM and GUJCET or JEE.The exam most preferred here is GUJCET as it is simpler than JEE the cutoff of SVIT for CE was 7000 rank (GUJCET) this year....Read More
