Course Curriculum Overview

I chose BCA because I like coding and want to have an IT background. There's an average student of 25 in every course. Faculty members are highly qualified. In 1 semester 3 internals are held and after that semester exam is held.

Class Size: 37Course Fees: INR 30000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Last year 2nd year students were offered for internship for 1 month. They were paid 2000-3000. Within college, we can do projects for college too. We will get a chance to do an internship this year. A local company appointed us in Bhubaneswar as Jr assistant developer.

Placement Experience

After 5th semester in UG, students get eligible for campus placements. Till now there was 10 lakhs highest package grabbed by an MBA student. There's a 100% placement every year. After getting this degree I had my plan to do MCA

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is good, many students can afford it easily. They give some financial assistance if we have some problems. A scholarship is given by the college. Internship offers are also given by the college.

Campus Life

The college fest called IGNITE is held every year in month November. There's a big library inside the campus, you can easily withdraw books using your ID card. There is only a volleyball court in the college. And every year many games are held. There are many clubs like media clubs, sports clubs, etc.

Admission

It's an easy procedure for admission. We can go directly go to the ASBM university site and fill out the form and submit and the faculty will contact you regarding admission. The interview is held to check how good you are.

The best and detailed review

Placement Experience:

As Rourkela is a tier 3 city the placement opportunities are no as much as the tier 1 cities but the college still provides placements oppertunities with a decent amount of starting package of 4LPA.The college brings alot of companies for job and intership through it's long and good establishment in the city. The students becomes eligible for campus placement from 5th semester onwards as they have enough projects. Infosys, Capgemini,Dalmia,etc companies visited and highest package was 4.5 Lpa and average was 4lpa with 2 lpa as the lowest. Getting a MCA degree afterwards is most preferable for getting a better job.

Placement Experience:

From final year students are eligible for campus placement. 4 companies visited for campus placement. 60-70% students get placement. 5lakhs per annum is highest and 4lakhs per annum is average package. Companies like Deloitte accenture has come in our campus. I would do a job as well as pursue MCA.

My positive experience with the college community and environment

Placement Experience:

Placement from our collage is good. Maximum student get placed by a good package. From 5th semester students are eligible for campus placements. Many companies like vipro,etc. visited and offered high salary to students. Highest package of our collage is 28 LPA and average package is 6.5 lakh. About 90% student gets placed after completing their courses. After getting the degree I will go for MCA

Placement Experience:

1.from 5th semester all students get eligible for placement and to take online assessment and fir interviews 2.tata consultancy services,wipro,cognizant,accenture,tech mahindra,infosys etc company visit to our campus every year they over 100 offers for support engineer and system engineer 3.highest package went last time as 15lpa and average package went for 10lpa 4. I also applied for SRM University, Chennai and I also gotted the admission but I prefered this college over there because of the travelling convenience and fee structure and the course curriculum. Admission process is like you have to submit registration fees and you have to book your seat. Rewinding my college experience

I gave admission test for Mount Carmel College bangalore and was selected but the faculty i didn't find that good and it was pretty far from my location . I didn't get rejected from any College.
