I like the college. I love the teaching methods according to the Pharm D course. Teachers are very good.
Placement is very good in Indira college. Students get opportunities to do jobs in various fields.
Infrastructure of college is very good and well maintained.

Dislikes

Students get Less opportunities for internship

I want to become a clinical pharmacist to help doctors with medication and prescriptions. At Indira College of Pharmacy, the faculty is excellent. All the faculty are qualified pharm D. Faculty used the screen for teaching students to visualise things. There are 3 sessional exams in Pharm D and last, there is an annual exam which is the University exam.

Class Size: 30Course Fees: INR 160000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are about 160000 and students can pay their fees in installments. Students also get scholarships if they are eligible and have applied for the scholarship form. mahadbt scholarship is the name of the scholarship.

Campus Life

Life at Indira College of Pharmacy is very good. Students enjoy all the curricular activities that are held in college. All the books according to the course are available in the college library. Sports events are conducted in college.

Admission

Indira College of Pharmacy Pune has a Pharm D course of 6 years. Eligibility criteria for this course are the 12th pass and mhtcet exam. In mhtcet exam, one should have a 90 or above percentage and The college is very nice. Placement is 100 % in this college and well-maintained college in Pune.

A honest review

Likes

Academic support from the faculties and authorities
Non teaching staff are very cooperative and friendly in nature
Well focused and well behaved personality are present in the college

Dislikes

Online attendance system is too much for the students
No events on the regular basis and sports activities
No library lecture especially for the third year of pharm D

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course deals with patient counselling and management of the patients regarding their pharmacology and their therapeutics action. I always want to achieve something in the medical field especially towards patient care and I think I have chosen a great path.

SEL classes, which are conducted, providing digital and on real life insight on different topics, a place where stimulation shapes skills. While facilities such as Coursera is also provided for students to sharpen their skills.
Health insurance, every student is provided with health insurance, which insured free checkup and diagnosis, in Avbrh hospital, wardha, throughout the year, covering up any charges that may have required for checkup or tests.
Museum visit, anytime within the day, any student is able to visit museum, with their college ID to observe and learn.

Dislikes

The infrastructure of Dmcp, specifically is still small, with only two floors consisting of ground and first floor.
The washrooms smells bad due to the way, different courses students from joint building uses them, regardless of the regular cleaning.
The college is situated a little far away from the hostels, which makes us travel in buses provided by the institute to go to college or come back or even have lunch.

Placement Experience:

There has been placements in datta meghe college of pharmacy. The fourth year students of bpharm has secured placements. The 2025 batch itself has secured placements in alembic pharmaceuticals Ltd, alkem laboratories and claps industries private limited. My plan after getting my degree is to work as clinical pharmacists or atleast partake in clinical research in niper.

Staff it is very nice ..well trained ..I really appreciated that..
Hospitals visit is as well provided from 2nd which is very imp pratical knowledge..
International conferences and health camps are very imps and that is necessary

Dislikes

.campus is very small so it is in residencal area ..
College is connected with school as well so difficult due to small school kids..
And more over library can have more books and want to increase hrs of it

Pharm D is very good courses and really love it.very nice and it help us inculcate the know of pharmaceutical abd cology as well as pharm d is hospital course and I really love work in hospital and college provided the hospitals vusit from second yr as well where we used to know about case study and treatment. Curriculum inculcate the know of medicinal chemistry with ology abd therapeutics I love to work and be the part of health care systems..just want to more wok on patient and I really want to and love and supportive for choosing pharm d to others

College campus is also very small. I don't like it.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose Pharm- D Course due to I was not able to get a score well in the NEET examination. I want doctor degree so I choose this course. In this course for each college, there are 30 seats. Faculty are qualified M pharm Or Pharm d their technique is good for teaching but they don't give attention to every student. There are 3 internal examinations among this average of 2 in which good Mars obtained takes and then the last examination that is university exam occurs. The passing criteria are we should have 50 per cent marks in each subject. I rate the course and faculty with 2 stars

I wanted this college so no question arose of me pursuading other clgs. admission process is mainly based on the percentile marking of MHCET examination. higher percentiles get a higher chance of acceptance in the first 3 rounds. management is another option available as well. i applied to other colleges like DY patil, Poona college of pharmacy as well, got none confirmed admission form, unlike Indira where i got complete worth for money package. MHCET exam landed me to kasturi shiksan sanstha college of pharmacy shikrapur , froze the admission but later cancelled due to personal reasons. CET mainly is the exam used to cross eligibility for this course. cutoff in 2023 was 93.4 percentile and above. CET exam is most preferred by students. many other colleges also tend to recruit students through neet scores as well....Read More

Eligibility criteria for admission in B pharmacy are on basis of MHT CET and Neet exam. The cut-off of cet for the open category is around the 95 percentile. You can apply through mhtcet cap rounds.
