What Students Say

Likes

The teaching and learning process is extremely good
the faculty and the teaching staffs are good
the infrastructure of the college is at par with IIMs

Dislikes

the meal provided in the mess is not at all good
there is no swimming pool facility for boys in the campus
sometimes the curiculum becomes hectic to cope up with.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because I was pursuing b.com before this and I felt that MBA can give a boost to my career and it can help me grow in my corporate life. And, The faculty-to-student ratio is 1:65.

Class Size: 65Course Fees: INR 745000 per year

Placement Experience

from 2nd year that is the 3rd semester the placement in our college gets started and the companies that come to recruit are Deloitte, HDFC, and ICICI. The highest package is 20,00,000 and the lowest is 8,00,000.

Fees and Financial Aid

the fee hike is approximately 4-5% which is pretty much decent by looking at the inflation and such a fee hike is just to match the inflation. I did not apply for any scholarship or financial assistance.

Campus Life

there is an annual fest that is held in Ksom every year which is known as KOLOSEUM as what we got to know from our seniors. There are an adequate amount of books and journals available for our reference in the college library.

Hostel Facilities

The facilities that are provided to us in the hostel are AC, furniture, a bed, an attached washroom, and an aqua guard for fresh and clean drinking water the whole day. The mess food quality is not good and it not up to the mark.

Hostel Fee: INR 120000 per year

Admission

the eligibility for the college is pretty simple as we must have a graduation degree along with that we must have sat for any MBA entrance exams like CAT, MAT, XAT, etc. and the application form is easily available online.

As it is under biju pattanak university of technology, rourkela affiliated soo the course curriculum is from bput syllabus and this is the syllabus where is cover total the real word application. And course caruculm is very real to university.because of pratical and other course is based on real worlds this is good to choose.i will suggest the theory class and pratical class should be more improved.as this is a good and reputation college in Bhubaneswar soo the smarts board and 3d or 2d animation should be used in engineering department course.good time for study and research soo i will say this is moderate difficulty level

I appeared for MAT (90 percentile) and CAT (80 percentile). I preferred this college as I heard a lot about this college from the alumni and checked the ratings too. The course structure is different than other colleges so I found it interesting. The college faculty is well experienced. The course is different from other colleges.

Kalinga School of Management - where great manager come from

Eligibility is 50% aggregate marks in 10th and 12th boards.candidates those who have appeared in the 12th examination and expecting results before 31st August,2024 can also apply for the program also those who have appeared in UGAT can also apply with valid score. Further candidate will be selected based on their UGAT Score or Career Marks and Performance in Personal Interview. apart from the above exam score ,KSOM takes admission based on KIITEE Management entrance exam which is of 2.5hrs exam with 150 multiple choice questions. This year it was conducted on 19-21 jan 2024, happens once after this same procedure of Personal interview takes place.
