Overall experience is good as college provides every possible way for the student' development.
I liked the academic as well as other activities.

Dislikes

Food is somehow manageable bt can be improved.
Hostels can be improved which will attract the students more.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is good and the facilities are student-friendly. I had chosen a B.Tech course in computer science. There are sufficient facilities for helping the students in every possible manner. All the teachers are highly qualified and experienced teachers and teaching methods are students friendly. Every six months there will be semester exams and one cycle test in between the semesters. These exams are moderately difficult to pass.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 240000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is normally not very expensive. Every year some amount increases and it depends upon the college as it is a private university and scholarships are provided for needy students. Campus is provided to every deserving candidate and training is also done for these.

Campus Life

The campus is very good and has a playground, swimming pool, library, and theatre inside it which provides exposure to the students. Tech fests are organized every year during the winter season around December or January for 2-3 days. In the library, plenty of books are available for students which will help them to study rather than buying them.

Admission

For admission eligibility is to pass class 12th and can be from ICSE/CBSE/CHSE school. There will be an entrance exam but it is not compulsory. The application form is available at GIET.edu. Application fees and application dates can be known from the college site.

Placements are definitely there for coaching centres in my branch. Many big and reputed coaching institutions like akash, byjus etc came for recruitment. More R & D comapnis can be included. the nterview process and the packages were decent for the role offered.

The technical background and future influenced me to choose this course. The preparation for real-world applications or further academic pursuits are average. Theres no fair improvement needed in the course curriculum and teaching methods. The frequency of the exams are 2 sem exams and 4 quiz in class exams.
