College campus is really good there is a good canteen also
College seniors are really supportive...
Hostels are really good and hostel food is also good

Dislikes

Faculty are not so supportive in this University specially in electronics and instrumentation department
Classroom are not so good fans are not working
And mainly instruments are not in working condition in many labs

The faculty and students ratio is 1:5. The faculty of this college are well educated. It's really difficult to pass sem exams. It is the third technical institute established by the government of Odisha and has an annual intake of 2400 students.

Class Size: 129Course Fees: INR 60000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is of semester wise 40,000 each semester. And if you opt for a hostel. Its fee is 30,000 per year. They also provide scholarships for students who secured a 9.0 cgpa per year. As it's a government University, the Odisha government also provides many scholarships opportunity.

Campus Life

The good thing about this University is its campus and seniors. There are a total of 3 fests- the main fest is x-tasty which happens every year in April month. There are many clubs like Zaira, arpeggio.

Admission

The admission process is through JEE Main. There is a reservation available for sc/st students. Total fees- 5 lakh. There should be more placement and internship opportunities. It's a government University located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

Placements are definitely there for coaching centres in my branch. Many big and reputed coaching institutions like akash, byjus etc came for recruitment. More R & D comapnis can be included. the nterview process and the packages were decent for the role offered.

My first impression of the college I chose

Course Curriculum Overview:

The technical background and future influenced me to choose this course. The preparation for real-world applications or further academic pursuits are average. Theres no fair improvement needed in the course curriculum and teaching methods. The frequency of the exams are 2 sem exams and 4 quiz in class exams. The timings for sem exams are 3 hours while for quiz tests its 30 minutes. The difficulty level is average of all the exams

A Good University

First of all mainly because of the location it is situated. It is in the Captial Region. I got some seats in NIT-R but didn't go because the seats that i got is all 5 year course and i don't want to study for longer period of time. So the admission process is quite simple. I did apply for VSSUT Burla but could not clear the cutoff. Also i would like to add on this that i did a better job in choosing the seat here .
