Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum of the Computer Science stream is good although there is a lot of scope for improvement. Some of the courses were unnecessary and are not at all related to the stream. The faculty is quite mediocre.

Internships Opportunities

There are internship opportunities provided by the college. The quality differs from company to company. There are companies that pay a stipend that ranges from 5000 INR to 20000 INR and others charge an amount of 8000 INR to 12000 INR to complete the internship.

Placement Experience

Typically, a student becomes eligible for campus placements during the 6th semester. In this academic year, only 2 companies have visited as of August. As of August, the number of students placed is significantly lower compared to the previous years.

Fees and Financial Aid

The tuition fee of the college is 66000 INR annually. Apart from that, hostellers are charged an amount of 100000 INR yearly. There is even a bus facility to Srikakulam and Vizianagaram that costs around 30000 INR on a yearly basis. There is a scholarship option of 10000 Rupees for those students who have secured a CGPA of above 9 points in a year.

Campus Life

The college conducts annual days, placements days, and graduation days. The library has a decent number of books that are concerned with Engineering. Sports competitions are held on a regular basis. There are NCC, NSS, and various student Professional bodies across all the branches of the college.

Admission

I got admission through the EAMCET examination. After taking the test, I applied to various colleges; and I got admission into this college. The checking and verification of documents could have been done online.

Placement Experience:

Placements start from 6th semester. Companies like TCS, Infosys and Wipro visit with decent offers. Average package is good and many students get placed. After my degree, I plan to enter the tech industry.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The best and for some it could be worst part also , it doesn't matter whether you're a mechanical engineering student or EEE or CSE you should have to learn every single programming language from C to python including DSA and cloud computing which will help you to switch your career easily if you want. but however at the same time the mechanical students feel stressed alot. because they have to study their own field subjects which are not easy at the same time they have to clear the programming languages which are completely different from mechanical subjects

Placement Experience:

If I talk about my branch, as per my knowledge from 6th semester onwards the students can sit in the placement run. The college offers placement training with individual of expertise from that respective subject. Many top companies visit the campus to list out, AWS, INFOSYS, JMAN, TCS, IBM are some if them. More than 50 lakhs package is secured. The average lies around 4 to 5 lakhs per annum. The percentage of students getting placed varies from branch to branch and for some branches it's 100%, the average package for them would be 3 lakhs per annum, and the highest goes around 12 lakhs per annum. Students can apply off campus if they didn't get placed.

3rd year onwards you can apply for internships and placements too I suppose . Almost all of the students get placed but I'm not sure of the average package for now . Some companies that crosses my mind is PayPal, fidelity etc.
