The college campus and its environment is very good.

Course Curriculum Overview

The automobile course is my dream course and I wanted to know more about vehicles so I selected it. The professors of the automobile department are all very good-natured and their way of talking is very good. All professors are master's degree holders and well experienced. After 2 months of college there is a mid-exam and then after 1-month final exam and the professor explains in such a way that it becomes easy to pass the exam.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 1500 per year

Internships Opportunities

The internship comes in 5 semesters of college, Gujarat States Roads Transport Corporation(GSRTC) offers internships in the workshop, they do not give a salary for this internship and different other companies also offer internships.

Placement Experience

From 5th semester in college, different companies come for placement. Tata Group, Bajaj, Mahindra, Hyundai, and Maruti Suzuki, all these companies come for placement. All these companies offer packages ranging from 150000 to 200000. Most of the students participate in placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college fee is a minimum of 1500 to 2000 thousand by the university. And scholarship is also available through Digital Gujarat. Many companies come to the college for placement and a minimum one-year package like 150000.

Campus Life

In the college, there is an annual function by the university and in a year there is a sports week in which many sports are played. The library in the college is also good and all course books and journals are available there. The college also has good classrooms and good benches and digital rooms too.

Admission

Your minimum eligibility should be 10 passes. Once the diploma course is advertised by the university then you have to apply online and you have to enter Sir Bhavsinghji Polytechnic Institute in your college choice filling The minimum cutoff is 60 to 70 and there is no entrance exam for admission.

MY OPINION ABOUT COLLEGE

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose IT engineering because I was interested in computers and I want to do my career in this field. The College Faculty is good and Supportive Some teachers are good they teach us nicely but most of the teachers don't care about students. In my class, there was a total of 30 students and in the computer class, there was a total of 50 to 60 students. For each Branch and Semester, there will be only one class with 30 to 40 students. Teachers are Qualified and they know about the field and they also Guide us on what to do and what not. There will be a total of 2 exams and a Viva in each semester. 1 is mid-semester which is 30 marks exam and after mid-sem, Viva will be conducted, and in the last main Exam which is about 80 marks. in the 5th and 6th semesters, there will be both internal and external viva. Internal Viva will be conducted by college faculty and External viva will be conducted by other college faculty.

Placement Experience:

Campus are conducted by very big companies. the maximum offer was 7.2 lacs per annum . 50% of students get the placement Godrej limited lupin limited etc. The average package given by the company is 1.5 lacs per annum and the maximum is 7.2 lacs per annum. It's so difficult to get this highest package. My plan was after getting a degree in further studies which I am pursuing as a Bachelor of Engineering.

Good College can go for it

The admission process for this college is through ACPDC which is run by the government. If any student wants to take admission to any college inside Gujarat state then he/she can apply through ACPDC only. If you are only 10th pass you can get admission and if you have already chosen your field after completing 10th it's a better option for you as you get more knowledge in your liked field. The dates for admission are fixed by the government every year. Generally, I selected this college because I wanted a college in my city and during my time there was only this one college in the city for diploma courses so I have to take admission here. The college is good I won't say best. No annual programs nothing like that in college. The college is also too old there is a new building for the Automobile, IT & Chemical faculty but other branches are in main building which is too old....Read More
