Remarks

The college has very good parking area. The college has really good campus. The overall college is good according to the fees.

Entrance Preview

There is no any entrance exam have been taken after diploma for getting admission in direct second year of engineering. There is no any interview process. I got admission on the basis of my diploma marks and follows the DTE procedure for admission. I choose mechanical engineering because it is very best field compared to others.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is fine. The focus on practical learning is also good. There are various practicals are taken in this college. No research activities are taken. No elective option available.

Internships Opportunities

The internship scenario is good. The college provide good internships. But these internships are free internshipsand they are not paying any stipend.

Placement Experience

The college has good placement record. Averagely, 30 to 40 % students got placed every year. The major recruiters are Symantec, WNS, IBM, etc. Average package is Rs. 4 to 5 LPM. Highest package is Rs. 12 LPM. The companies.

College Events

Events like freshers parties, festivals, farewell, technical events of all departments, etc are taken. The events taken are very big and very useful and enjoying for all.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees are affordable bacause it is not so high compared to the other colleges. The fees per student per year are approximately Rs. 79,000/-.

The college do not provides any scholarship. The college do not helps for getting loan

Campus Life

This college is very good in extra curricular activities. Facities are also good for the same. more focus on the extra curricular activities.

Hostel Facilities

The college has girl as well as boys hostel. The hostel fees are Rs. 20,000/- per year. The food charges are not included in this fees. The rooms are on sharing. The hostel is not included with food.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni network is very strong. College provides good platform for that.

Exam Structure

Exams makes me very proud feeling. Labs are best. It is just like a very cool place.

Faculty

The faculty members does not having an more experience. Most of the staffs are BE paasout level. They are not so interacting with the students.

placements start in 7th - 8th semester . Companies like wipro cisco and TCs etc visit. Average package is 4-5 LPA , and highest I could say 9 to 10 LPA .. my plans would be- if not got high paying job on campus I will try off campus too..

Placement Experience:

In my college students become eligible for campus placements from 7th semester and every year many companies come for hiring. Recently companies like TCS Accenture Cognizant Hitachi JSW Group Philips Axis Bank and some startups also visited so we get both IT and core chances. As per the latest data the highest package was around 24 LPA and the average stays around 6 to 6.5 LPA for most students and the lowest offers start from 3.5 LPA so it depends a lot on the role and company. Many students get placed but it mostly depends on skills performance and branch so it is not guaranteed for everyone. I feel the college gives decent chances but we also have to do our own preparation because competition is high. If I dont get placement from campus then I will try off campus also because there are many openings outside specially in IT. Overall placements are good for this level college and since companies keep coming for drives students who prepare properly usually get at least one offer.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus. My experience of iiit pune

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements once they enter 3rd year of college. Some notable companies that visit the campus is nomura, walmart, amazon, nvidia and they take 5-6 candidates each while nomura takes 15-16 per year. The highest on campus is 43 lakhs while off campus is around 1.4cr. average package is 14-15 lpa mostly for swe roles. Percentage student getting placed is 50% oncampus and if we add off campus the number goes to 80%. I plan to work in the industry for 2-3 years and then try to go for masters.

I have applied for various colleges such as coep, pict, vjti, vit, walchand and sinhgad but because of least score in cet I got rejected. So I have applied for the colleges that were in my cutoff such as amrut vahini, sanjivani, kk wagh, and pvg nashik but i have opted for amrut vahini on the top from these colleges because amrut vahini gives me better options over the placement opportunities. admission process is simple.
