Course Curriculum Overview

4

I choose TAPMI because of its strong alumni network of more than 7500 and the brand image that the college carries. The faculty-student ratio is around 1:12. the quality of teaching is immensely good, teachers are well-experienced in their fields.

Internships Opportunities

4

TAPMI has 100% summer internship placement and among them, more than 130 people got preplacement offers. Companies coming for Internship recruitment are Deloitte, EY, ITC, etc. The average amount of SIP for the batch of 2022-24 is around 29000.

Placement Experience

5

The average placement was 146000 and the highest placement was around 250000L. Some companies visiting campus were Gartner, Deloitte, ITC, Dabur, etc. TAPMI holds the record for 100% placement for the past 40 years.

Fees and Financial Aid

I do not have accurate information about the fee hike policy and the cost of study is around 23 lakhs including food and other expenses. I got no scholarships. I have just joined the college so I am yet to get any job or stipend from the college.

Campus Life

4

The annual fest's name is Atharva. The library facility here is one of the best a lot of books covering various topics. Various facilities covered here are the entire academic block has classrooms with ACs and is equipped with LED boards. We have 30+ clubs and communities present here like Brandscan, omega, and sports brat.

Hostel Facilities

4

We have an air-conditioned room with a dedicated study space with hot water available at any given time. We have 2 vendors providing the main course meal and 2 counters for snacks and juices apart from this there is a night canteen which operates for 7 pm to 5 am.

Admission

Admission into TAPMI requires you to score around 85 percentile in cat/xat. You can find the application form on the college's official website. The college does not provide any reservation benefits to anyone.

Interview Experience

5

I had to discuss the situations of Pakistan and Sri Lanka and what learnings could India take from them. Apart from GD, we had an extempore round and a PI round. I joined IMS where they took care of the admission process.

Placement Experience:

Placements in the college are good for marketing specialization. Compared to other specializations, from semester 2 itself, students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Deloitte, KPMG, ICICI Bank, and HDFC Bank visit the campus. The highest package this year was 40 LPA, and the average package is around 6.5 LPA. The percentage of students getting placed is 70% for now. After getting the degree, selection in a good company is my plan.

Placement Experience:

The average package offered is moderate and there are limited opportunities for high paying roles compared to top tier colleges. Companies that visit the campus are mostly small to mid sized organizations. The placement cell is very supportive and conduct training sessions such as aptitude tests, mock interviews and soft skills development to prepare students for placements.

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college is decent, wiyh around 90% of students are getting placed. Students usually become eligible for placement in their final year and the college provides internships opportunities before that, which helps in gaining experience. Many companies visit to campus mainly from marketing and sales, along with some roles in HR and operations. The number of offer is good but option for finance and analytic are comparatively limited.
