Review of my college

The college management is not upto the mark and needs to be improved a lot like the appointment of faculty,the non teaching staff etc.

I took MAT examination.I scored 87 percentile and I opted for this college as it was the 19 th best college among business schools across India.

Since I've opted for Marketing specialization in my 3 semester,the curriculum and the marketing faculty were well experienced.However the faculty from other specializations were not up to the mark as informed by my friends.

The college appoints one of our students to act as a POC in finding the internships and we were given the intern ships in start-ups.We do not have companies coming to the college for internships. No stipend was provided.

Regarding the placements our college was good enough to bring the companies for the placement process.About 50% were placed through the college placement process and the remaining got their jobs by external placement services.We have the companies like,Pantaloons, Bose, 99 Acres, Mydeals247.com, Crown Plaza, TUV rehinland, yellow pages etc.The packages offered by the companies were at a minimum of 25k per month to maximum of 50K per month.

We have our marketing clubs in the college for Marketing, HR, Finance, SCM. We conduct variuos competitions in the college including, Quizes and various events. Unfortunately we do not have any annual events conducted in the college.However we are open to participate in any events outside our college.We've also won some awards in IIM Bangalore.

The fee structure includes some additional valued courses like communication training,NLP training, Six sigma training,resume writing etc.It costs us around 8 lakhs including hostel and food for 4 years.We also have an international trip which costs an additional lakh.

Unfortunately no scholarships are provided by my college.You may avail loans if you wish to study in our college.But no loans.

The campus is just amazing.It is situated among the best companies in India.It is located in Electronic city which is a beautiful place to work and play.We do have outings to companies like Infosys, Parle, Cocacola. We do have a lot of guest lectures coming every Saturday.

Yeah the hostels are good but I feel expensive.The Hostel costs you around 60,000 per year and additional 30,000 for food.The rooms will be on twin sharing basis.You have wifi, TV, good cots and purified drinking water along with warm water to talk bath.

Yes as every college has we have a alumni network in our college.We do interact with seniors and great thoughts are shared by them as well.

We do have mid exams and assignments.The assignments some times are valued based on our healthy participation in the class rooms and the activities we are in. And we have a semester end exam as well. So for two years we have four end exams.

There are a lot of visiting faculty to the college with a limited number of permanent lecturers.We can actually count using only our right hand for the best lecturers in the college.
