Remarks
The college is great stepping stone for individuals who are self motivated and can help their own cause. If your are one who are solely dependent on the college to get to success then this might not be a place for you.
Entrance Preview
I wrote MAT to qualify for admission. Some of my friends who had signed up for the interview process with ISBR, recommended the college to me. The interview happened in various location through out India and I chose the one in Lucknow, which took place in Taj hotel. Even in my school days I knew I want to be in business management, and hence I opted for MBA
Course Curriculum Overview
Curriculum was thorough. They made us do so many case studies, Study different functional areas of a business, made us learn in teams, do business runs in a simulated competitive environment.
Internships Opportunities
Intership was a tremendous experience. I get to work with NIIT imperia, where I interacted with global companies and people holding important roles in their organisation. It was great stepping stone in terms of learning the ways of corporate culture.
Placement Experience
Most of the students were placed from my batch, though most of them did not pursue that opportunity in search of better jobs.
Fee Structure And Facilities
It was pretty decent for course of MBA not very expensive but it was also not downright cheap. I paid 4 lacs for the entire course. I had to pay the course fee in advance.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel was a good experience, good rooms good crowd made us enjoy our time there. There were pool tables, swimming pool, Foosball, table tennis and football to enjoy our leisure. food provided was also decent.
Exam Structure
Exams were frequent enough for us to always be on our heels and not loosing our focus from the academics.
Faculty
Few of the faculty were from the biggest colleges of India, the regular faculty was help, though it was self study that made a difference in our learning. I hope the faculty would have acquired more strength since then.
