What Students Say

Likes

Campus area is quite large so you can have fun .
Teaching faculties are really engaging and they help.
Societies and clubs of college make students learn a lot.

Dislikes

Hostel facility and very bad .walls are not painted from a long time.
Meal and mess food is very bad and dirty at all.
Exams are quite often so students don't have enough time to work on their skills.

Course Curriculum Overview

I was interested in coding and placements therefore I chose to take admission to BTech in the information technology branch. The student ratio is 1:6. The teachers are quite good and the method is amazing. Exams are pretty difficult to pass and exams were every 2 months.

Class Size: 84Course Fees: INR 91000 per year

Placement Experience

From 3 year students are eligible for campus placements. Many companies have visited the college like tcs and Wipro which offer placements like 3 and 6 lakhs per annum. The highest package is 45 lakh. Almost 60 percent of students get placed.

Fees and Financial Aid

The tuition fee is 91000. Up scholarship is provided for every student unless they are fee waiver. General get approx 54 thousand and sc get almost 98 thousand from scholarship. As I am in my first year so I didn't get any job yet.

Campus Life

Abhyuday is the annual fest which is held in April month and the ostracon is the tech fest which holds in march month. There are many clubs in college where they teach you about communication skills and a lot more to learn.

Hostel Facilities

There is a 4 seater room which is quite congested and the meal is not good at all. Registration of the hostel happened only on physical reporting day. I haven't rented a room but my friend has and the place is just near the college gate.

Hostel Fee: INR 24300 per year

Admission

I gave jee mains exam in which my rank was 188769 and through the SC reservation quota, I got an IT branch in the college. Then I went to college for physical reporting and there they cross-checked my document to confirm the admission.

Placement Experience:

The placements of my college are average and the students get decent packages. Students are eligible for the placements from the very beginning from the 7th semester. The companies visiting hbtu are samsung, exxonMobil, TCS, FMCG, IBM, Hindustan Unilever, Global Logic, Adobe, Paytm, HCL technologies, Nestle, Asian Paints, Britannia and Dabur etc. The highest placement was 32 lpa while the average was 7 lpa last year . Last year almost 75% of the students were placed. My plans are to take a good placement from the college and side by side i'm working on my startup idea as well .

Placement Experience:

Usually after 3rd sem, students star getting internships. And for compaines visiting our college, except amazon (they blacklisted us). Almost every top companies do visit the college. Highest package was 59LPA, and the average for cse is 12-13Lpa. 99% students get placements. Many students goes abroad for mtech after graduating from snu, i'd like to do the same but after getting a year or two job experience.

the college is good and affordable fees for all

the placement of college is good because mid of 7th semester company visit in a campus and many comapnies are come in college like maruti suzuki, TATA, HERO motors,schlumberger ,crompton,tricolite ,cummins ,etc 40-50 company visit in campus and the heighest package is 12lpa and lowest is 3.6 lpa and the student have 60% in average of all 6 semester and 90% student have placed after the degree my plan is a good rank in GATE and masters from IIT colleges

This collage has good return on investement. Its campus size is huge. On the basis of rank this collage offers decent placement. It is better than other state collages of UP.
