Course Curriculum Overview

Faculty members are Good and little supportative .but management is very strict here . Term exams conducted timely . Qualification of faculty is good and are very educated. Some are PhD graduated also.

Class Size: 55Course Fees: INR 65000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Internship opportunities are very few here and not so very good for jobs. Private colleges are not very good for placement and internships as of compare to government colleges. Because companies are attracted towards government colleges

Placements are not very good here, average package are 3lakh here and so much students aren't satisfied with there package or unemployed. Gate exam are good option after graduation for masters in iits

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees is convenient but scholarships are not so much as I am from obc category. But scheduled caste student got so many scholarships from government. And I don't think this fees is so much but if 40000 will be there's it will good for poor students

Campus is very small,and club activities are not very active. , sports activities are also not active, grounds are very few in campus, social groups are also not very active here , extra curricular activities are also not very active here

Admission

Admission process was smooth,I had given jee mains and secured crl 600000 rank and I got ies college cse. I got little reservation as I am obc student. Admission process should be informative by toll free numbers on anything

start or 7 th sem student get eligible for placement. tcs, acccenture , wipro , capgemini , cognizant , epam and many more. highest package was 1.12 cr and the average package are 4 lpa. aproxx 70 to 75 percent student are geeting placed in every year. my plans to get a job .

After 6th semester you will Elligble for in campus placement and their are many internship and placement providing apps which are connected with our college like Internshala and our college also has own incubation center where students can brings their startup ideas and if they like your startup they will invest on it and student also got chance to get internship on that and got certificate and highest package is of 1.2 cr off campus and Average pacakge is of 5 to 6 lpa and their is basically 85 to 90% placement rate and my plan is to become ai ml engeener and grow in AI area

so in our college 1st year we have 2 semesters and n 2nd year we have 3 semesters and in 3rd year we have 3 semesters so 8 semesters already get completed and students are eligible to sit in placement from 3rd year . You can get internships in 3rd year as well if you have good grades and you are ready to grind . Talking about companies that visit for placements are Delloite , JP morgan Palo alto, De shaw and Co. My plan is to just have good gpa and get job asap

Placement Experience:

there are not much chances of placement as the student strength has increased drastically, students become eligible for placement from 3rd year, also as per the documentations there are more than 12z companies like hcltech, microsoft etc but not every documentation is correct so the chances of getting placed at campus is significantly low so i am planning to pursue higher studies and opting for gate

Placement Experience:

You become eligible to sit for placements in 7th semester , that is , in your 4th year. There are companies like Google, Amazon, Deloitte, Accenture, Axxela, American Express, BNY Melon, Adobe , Goldman Sachs, Samsung, Optum, Oracle, etc. But in other IITs which are also 2nd generation, more companies (around 50) comes for on campus placements . The highest pay is mostly for Software development and Quant roles. Last year it was around 1 Cr per annum of a Computer Science student which is really great. And the average package was around 25-26 Lakhs per annum. Last year , around 88% of all students including B.tech and M.tech got placed with decent salary.

Life at MITS , Gwalior

Placement Experience:

The Placament in MITS are decent, especially for the computer science and IT branches , with companies like TCS, wipro, infosys visiting regularly.
