Course Curriculum Overview

4

I choose this course to become a doctor. For a particular subject, the faculty is divided into 4 posts, 1st Head of department(HOD) Then associate professor then assistant professor and 4th demonstrator. HOD, Associate professor and assistant professor who are postgraduate takes lectures in the lecture hall. Demonstrator doesn't take lecture, they take tutorial or practicals. In about 2-3 months there are sessional exams. So about 2 sessional exams are conducted and then pre-university conducts in which all courses are included and then finally university exams are conducted. Also, after the end of the chapter, the test is conducted called the part completion test(PCT). After every chapter tutorial is conducted, self directed learning program occurs. Not all are difficult. but you'll know it the MBBS is already difficult... To padan to bhut padega.

Internships Opportunities

4

On campus, there is a hospital, and the stipend for an internship now a time is about 13000. Night duty bhi lagti hai yaha. The hospital is also clean. Not too much. For the 2nd to 4th year, posting is started in different departments for 1-1 month.

Fees and Financial Aid

Course Fees are 1lac10thousand rupees plus hostel fees is about 12000 per year and then the mess charge is about 2500 per month. Scholarship given by the government called Madhavi chatra yojna in which your 1lac 10thousand given by the government.

Campus Life

5

This college started in 2018 so there is 1st 2018 batch that conducted a fest but after this batch, there is not conducting any fest. I don't know why but this sucks now our 2021 batch going to be conducted fest. See if it happens or not. The library is well-equipped. There are lots of books present here. But 1st-year students are not allowed to use it. Sports were also conducted. Recently there is a cricket match to be conducted between batches and between professors and students. Seriously this is very fun for boys. For girls tennis competition occur. There is NMO(National medical organisation)... Students freely join it. Also on Sundays, you are going to the privileged area for teaching students. Anyone can join it.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

Classrooms well equipped with AC, well furniture. In college, there is a canteen, but Sunday it is closed. (why god?) Food is okay okay of mess canteen both. On the college campus there is Sanchi for all of your daily needs like milk, fruits, chocolates, ice cream, etc. At admission time you are allotted in the hostel. 2 students in one room.

Admission

Eligibility for the course is Passing cut-off in the NEET-UG exam Application forms, application fees and application dates all are found on their official website of NMC Jabalpur If general there is no quota and there are 15% seats allotted for all Indian students After the result came off of the NEET exam, the counselling process takes place, there are 3 rounds to fill all colleges, if you don't get into 1st round then apply for 2nd round. If you get into college in 1st round then you also have an option for upgradation of another college if you wanted.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The MBBS course curriculum is quite comprehensive and well-structured, covering all the essential aspects of medical science needed for both academic growth and clinical practice. The inclusion of subjects like Anatomy, Physiology, and Biochemistry in the first year builds a strong foundation for understanding the human body and disease mechanisms. The curriculum is relevant as it gradually progresses from basic to clinical subjects, preparing students for real-world medical applications and patient care. Teaching methods such as interactive lectures, practical sessions, dissections, and clinical demonstrations make learning more engaging and concept-based. However, more emphasis on integrated teaching, case-based discussions, and exposure to real clinical settings from the early years would further enhance understanding and application. The frequency and timing of exams are generally well-planned, but sometimes the schedule can feel packed, leaving limited time for conceptual revision. Overall, the curriculum is highly relevant and effective, though incorporating more modern teaching methods, simulation-based learning, and periodic skill assessments could make it even better suited for today’s medical challenges.
