Remarks

Institute has a central library which has vast collection of books, and a large number of subscribed online and print journals. In addition, institute also houses various amenities such as Seminar Hall, Smart Class Room, Language Lab, Playgrounds, Indoor Sports, a branch of State Bank of India, Post office, Canteen, Common Rooms, Conference Rooms and office of Alumni Association.

Entrance Preview

I appear mppet 2013 entrance exam and than by counselling i landed up this college. There was no interview process only by mppet scorecard. I have choosen this course because it sound familiar to me..fathers job also in this field.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course i have selected is best in this institute. Labs are so good many instruments and labs other than branches.

The placement scenario was joined with other college.students goes their and mnt companies visited such as prism cement,jmc, reliance.

College Events

Yoga session,engineers day etc. And from 2 yrs vindhya mahautsav was held in college.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It is govt. Institute. Fees structure is affordable and scholarship for students. In the fees structure 1. tution fees-22300 2. Other fees-2000. Total amount payable for year is 24300.

Campus Life

Good in extracurricular. Not yet got opportunities to explore inner talent.

Hostel Facilities

I'm residing in private pgs. college hostel rooms are less available to strength of college students. Rooms are sharing.for 1 yrs 6000/- rent and for mess 3000/- payable per month.food was not bad.

Exam Structure

Exam was semester wise. Labs are after the lunch of 3 hours duration.exams and labs are pretty cool it makes student more attached to the study.

Faculty

The faculties are qualified from good iit institute and having more than 10-15 years teaching experience. Some of having phd. From itt ruekee and delhi and m.tech from iits. They are good interactive with students related to the subjects. They used to go field study for better understanding of subjects to use in field.

SGSITS: JUST A BIG BRAND

Placement Experience:

At the end of 2nd year, companies like goldman sachs comes to take interns. For placements students become eligible from 6th or 7th semester. In recent years goldman sachs is the biggest recruiter, oracle and Deloitte have also recruited, other firms like tcs and infosys also come. Giants like Amazon and google have stopped visiting since few years. Last year highest package was 72 lpa to an ece student. Average lies around 8 lpa. In tech branch 70-80% students are placed. In lower branches 50-60% students are placed. My plan is also to get placed at a decent package after completion of course.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to get placed and many companies visits every year for placement and approx 60-70% students gets placement every year.As per my knowledge there is no company which has made no offer.Average package is about 6-7 lakhs per annum.My plan is to take good package from on campus placement drive.If I am unable to get this then I will try for off campus placement and I also want to do MTECH after graduating.

Campus Pl start from the 7th semester with good companies visiting for core branches popular recruiters are tafe eichers, CG power, Disa. Cognizant and Infosys for the IT roles also. The average package is up to the 6 LPA. After completing my degree I am planning To join a good company of the mechanical branch which helps me in building my career in the core engineering field.

College is quite good if you want to enjoy and just want degree but placement wise I it's pretty average

I am a day scholar i belong to the same city. also my JEE score was not good enough to get top tier college. And i want to pursue for government job for that reason i took civil engineering. And for civil engineers placement is difficult in many colleges so this college was good enough for me also this is Government College so i guess it was better for me to opt this college. Real review of rewa engineering college

In mnay college i get seat in well branch but i want the average package of college is min 10 to 15 lakh so i reject many college in last any college admission are not open so my mother said this is last option to get admission in govt college the admission process of college is college give 3 day to coming college physically and submit your document and fees.
