My college is best if you want good placement. There is no ragging. Also it encourages its students a lot in many fields. The social life is okay. The college is located in a pleasant atmosphere.
Entrance Preview
The entrance exam to my college is EAMCET and the Intermediate public exams.I wrote the TS EAMCET and got around 10,000 and applied for EAMCET counselling. Then i selected a list of colleges and out of which i was allotted this college. There is no interview process for the admission. I selected ECE because i was interested in this course.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is similar to all the EAMCET colleges. All the students have the same syllabus in the 1st year.The syllabus focuses on theoretical knowledge. There are no research initiatives. Also there are some workshops conducted to give an extra awareness about the course topics. The course which i choose was ECE. We have some labs sessions and these help us to understand the concepts at a better level. We get a chance to take our optional subjects from 4th semester.
Internships Opportunities
Yes my college provides internship to the students of b.Tech final year. Some of my seniors interned with DRDO. The average stipend is nearly 5,000 rupees.It is not mandatory that every student will get a stipend . If you are interning for government organisation then you will not get any stipend. As i am in my second year i didn't get a chance to do internship.
Placement Experience
My college is best for placements . Every year more than 20 plus companies come here for placement. Almost 75 percent of the students gets placed. Companies like TCS, Tech mahindra, Wipro, Samsung,Sony, Deloitte,Etc coep for placement. the average placement package is around 5 to 6 lakhs per annum.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee for tuition is 35,000 rupees. It is mostly common in all the EAMCET colleges in Telengana. The fee is affordable by most of the students. Some students also get fee reimbursement based on their income.
Faculty
The faculty are good. They have good experience in the field of teaching. but the problem is that they are not interactive. They only help us with their doubts in the class. Some faculty are very new to this field. The student to teacher ratio is okay.their standards of teaching are good. They main aim is to make us pass in the interview so as to get a job. Some faculty help us with personal teaching.
