Likes

Some Faculty was good . It was quite affordable
NSS was available so i explored through it and gained knowledge.
Library is good , they provide books to you easily.

Dislikes

Infrastructure was not good. It needs a lot of maintenance
We doesn't get much information about the events and competitions.

I opted for that because I was interested in mathematics and wanted to pursue further studies in it. There were 5-6 faculty members for 60 students. The faculty was well qualified, net qualified and phd holders. The teaching method of some faculty members is quite good but some are just ok. Exams used to be conducted on proper timing and it was not much difficult to pass.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 3000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are quite affordable, you can complete your graduation on an affordable budget. The scholarship was available for girls and for some special category students. There was no campus placement available for jobs.

Campus Life

The annual fest is average and conducted in the month of May. Students perform dance and sing songs and present their talent. The library was good and books and journals were available. Sports and extracurricular activities are also conducted, and different departments organize programs for students to present their skills and conduct competitions. NSS is available in the college

Admission

The admission process was good not much complicated. You can fill out the registration and examination form online through the college site and then you need to go to the admission cell to verify your documents. The admission cell is cooperative

Computer Science has good scope. In computer class, the ratio is 1 to 15, as fewer students are given admissions to computer science Faculty who are NET qualified and experienced with good teaching skills. There are semester exams and a deep analysis of the syllabus would lead you to get above 70% but if you want to 60 percent it would be okay to read important topics

As my college is a government college so teachers are very good and selected across the country through various examinations. The student ratio is 40:1. Teachers teach very well and their concepts are very clear. The examination is semester-based so two exams are taken in a semester that is internals and externals. There are two semesters in one year. Exams are not easy not hard if you prepare well you can pass easily.

Nice infrastructure and facilities

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose Maths because Maths is my favorite subject and I like to study it all day that's why I decided to do higher studies in MATHEMATICS. Faculties here are well qualified and have vast knowledge in their subjects their teaching method was also good In every semester there were two exams mid sem and then end sem at an interval of 2 months. Exams were not much difficult to pass I you will study and keep your concept clear then you will pass the exams very easily.

Not every college is perfect

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I am interested in it and also in science specially in chemistry. Faculty is good, I am not saying best. Students ratio is good 50 to 60 students in a batch. Qualifications of the faculty is good. Teachers are kind and knowledgeable expect some teachers. Exams are held according to semester 1 semester is of 6 month. The exams are not difficult to me.

The only government college in Rishikesh.

The college does not have any particular eligibility requirements it has a merit-based system for admission. The application form and dates can be seen through the college website and the registration fee are just 50 rupees while the admission fee is about 1700 for the first sem, when added with the exam fees for the first and second semesters it adds up to 3000-3500 rupees. There are seats reserved for different categories the minimum percentage required depends upon your category.
