Course Curriculum Overview

I choosed computer engineering as I have core interest in computer and programming. Faculty of college is wide with about 6 departments and 28-30 teachers with qualified degrees as well as post graduation and PhD. Timely term exams got conducted here with standard difficulty level.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 86579 per year

Placement Experience

From 7th semester students can appear fir campus placement. Companies visiting college for campus are Infosys, Wipro, KPIT, Cloud counsellage, TCS. Highest package are 7-8LPA and average package are 3.5LPA for software engineer role. 80% of students are getting placed.

Fees and Financial Aid

Every year college used to hike fees by 5000-7000 as ped university guidelines. Post matric and Mahadbt scholarship are the main scholarship admissions college is accepting. Job campus are also good with average salaries.

Campus Life

Annual events like robotics, traditional days, cultural activities and games were got conducted. Projectors with well and neat classrooms. Huge football and volleyball ground is there for playing, tournament and matches are there for college students.

Admission

Eligibility of course : 12 th passed from science background and appeared for MH CET or JEE entrance exam. Candidate need to make application and enter into CAP college allotment round. After getting allocated to preferred college, need to contact college and take admission by paying fees as per the admission category.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As this college is under mumbai university so this college cannot modify syallbus in their own the have to strictly follow the university prescribe syallbus,academic timelines,rules and norms of the mumbai university. I have taken the admission in this college in the year 2024 from this year the NEP-2020 was adopted by the every indian universities and instituites. Since NEP-2020 was adopted also by mumbai university some new subjects are added to the syallabus that are oriented to financial literacy,Entreprenuianl,indian laws related subjects the syallubus of this subject is very good to see in the syallabus pdf. But the ground reality is different this subject is not given much importance by faculties the are treated as not much important subject as their are not related to our course as a result the students also take these subjects lightly.Also the professors appointed for this subjects are not much good they appoint the faculties who are recent graduates of their college who are working now as a professor in the same college. The college treat this subject lectures as an practice for the fresh faculties to gain experience of how to teach students. The core subject syallbus is same not changed the mumbai university has just changed the name of the subject. The college professors just teach the subject but they do not teach in that way that it makes us ready for real world problems.And also in the first year all the subjects are common for all the branches of the engineering which consist of subject like physics,chemistry,mechanics,Basic electrical Electronics,Engineering Graphics. It is my opinion why should an student who is studying an course called Computer Engineering so why should i read the subjects of the other branches like civil,mechanical,electrical and electronics in my first year instead of my domain subjects for whole two semester and the timespan of almost an year

Placements of the college are good . They are incerasing year by year . As now college is made autonomous placement is also good in the college. Companies like TCS , CAPEGEMINI, like such big companies are also coming to college . as such college have developed the placement ratio . the higest package offered in the college was last year it was 18 lakhs . average pacakages offered in the college is betweeen 3 to 7 lakhs . but the students are geeting placed from college. Near about 70 to 80 percentage of the students are getting placed every year.

Dell, Oracle Tcs and many more such companies have visited the college The highest package is 50 lpa for MCA in computer science while the highest for B.TECH CSE is 44.14 lpa. Many good companies such as J.P. Morgan and Goldmann sachs have also come here for placements. The average package is 6lpa. Approximately from Computer science across 70 to 80 percent students are getting placed every year. After my B.tech Degree I would be pursuing my Masters degree from abroad.

I choose PDEA Manjari Pune or other college. I applied to several reasons. Firstly, its location was a significant factor. Being in Kannad Maharshtra State is relatively convenient for me, compare to college in larger city. This programme is made to maintain a better work, life balance, and stay connected with my family When comparing PPDEA Manjari Pune to other colleges I considered, I found that its focus on progressive education aligning with my learning style.
