PGDM is more of a practical course where we learn about how corporate world works in real time. We get more practical knowledge which we can apply in real world. Learnings are not only based on books but real challenges corporate face and how they deal with with the problem. This practical knowledge is something which i always wanted to know and learn and incorporate them in our life. Faculty is really helpful. They are always there to guide us and help in trying something new. For example, in class we developed a new logistics supply chain model for those big companies in the logistics business. Not only we developed the new supply chain model but also identified flaws in the existing model and made the supply chain more effective and economical. Our professors helped us doing this, where can we get such support and guidance where we can literally challenge how our supply chain model is way more effective. This is just one example from our classroom.

There were many companies offering us internship with a quite handsome stipend. We learned a lot through our internships since it was out first exposure to the corporate world. Learning was always our first priority. But we were paid for our learning which is more like overwhelmng for us.

After completing 2nd semester students are eliglible for campus placements. Around 120+ companies visited our campus and the offers were very lucrative for everyone. Globsyn Business School CRP team always helped us in self development and guided us through the placement process. They always clarified our doubts and motivated us for grabbing the best opportunity. Whenever we had self doubts CRP team stood by us and motivated us and constantly provided the support we needed. Cant thank enough our CRP team for all the suport and guidance we were provided with.

Need to appear for an entrance exam like GMAT or MAT. Globsyn Business School also conducts their own entrance exam in which we need to pass and after passing the entrance exam we need to go GD and PI process. Yes I did face the Group Discussion and interview after I pass my written test exam. Topics were something on current affair and situation that is Online Studies vs Offline Studies. I prepared myself reading newspaper and online articles and getting basic knowledge how to face an interview.
