Likes

High level of discipline being ruled and good conduct
Physical labour, Social service and various medical camps being conducted.
The teachers are well equipped and supportive.

Dislikes

Phones are not allowed in classes which creates problem to communicate with our friends
Toilets facilities are very bad and dirty
All information are provided via emails only which creates problems

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because of its high demand in the market. The faculty-student ratio is good here and the faculty is highly experienced from renowned institutes. Their teaching method is very efficient. The exams are conducted on a very regular basis and students are tested in different ways.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 13500 per year

Internships Opportunities

The college provides internships from 1 year to 4 year students some of the first-year students are allowed to work in the faculty only paid internships are also provided for third year students only some students go outside on their own for paid internships.

Placement Experience

The students of the eighth semester are eligible for campus placements .and there are internships and workshops being conducted every year .students go to industries and training is being conducted. The various companies include Bata, Maruti, Dabur, and Gupta overseas. Different percentages of students get placed in different branches.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees here are very nominal and it is very less compared to any other engineering institute in India. The scholarship is available to everyone by state And merit-based scholarship is also given to meritorious students.

Campus Life

Life at Dei is moderately good. It all depends on what aim you have in life and what expectations you have from college. There are fests conducted in different faculties and some other sports things are being conducted. There are some invited talks and workshops being conducted.

Admission

The admission process in Dayalbagh was very efficient. There is an online process for admission-related things. there is a written exam being conducted after which you get qualified for an interview. The dates and related info are on the website. Yes, reservation benefits are provided.

Interview Experience

Yes there was a written test on the preliminary stage .which you need to qualify Then fhere was a personal interview which judges your personality .the test contains questions from secondary level.You can easily prepare for the test if you have studied at your school level.

Great Placements and Infrastructures but Strict Campus Life

Course Curriculum Overview:

I picked this cousre because the syllabus is updated and helps with jobs. Itt prepares us well for placements but could use more practical labs.Exams are frequent and moderately hard, so you have to study regularly to score well. The student-faculty ratio is about 1:60. Senior teachers are very helpful and know thier subjects well. Exams are held frequently and are moderately difficult

The Truth is Revealed

Placement Experience:

The placements right now are not that good as there is a large competition in IT sector and hence the placement is not that good.... Not even 25% of final yr students get placed and those placed , are placed at very average LPA... about 4.5-5 LPA . Hardly 2 or 3 students get package of 20+LPA . If not placed on campus then one can go for GATE exam and can sit for master's degree and then will get a better placement otherwise off campus placements. After 4th or 5 th semester students can sit for the campus placements. Companis like TCS, ACCENTURE, HCL, TATA, GOOGLE, MICROSOFT , etc visits but the number of offers made are very less about 15%-20% of total students sitting for campus placements. Highest package are about 25-30LPA average package is 5 LPA percentage of students getting placed are about 20-25% through campus my plan is to get the on campus placement... if somehoe I fail, the off campus placements...

Dei make their students a better human being first.

In Dayalbagh, the admission process is fair since there are three lists sometimes four provided by the college which 1st list is for students who get percentage of more than 90%. In 2nd, 3rd is for students get percentage more than 85% and 80% respectively.
