Course Curriculum Overview

If someone from non-IT background wants to make their career IT. Faculty are good and cooperative and very few are non-cooperative. PHD done by most of the faculty and others still studying, leaving one done with their Master's. After the start of two months, MST -1 starts easy to pass not so difficult and it also depends on you how hard you push yourself to get good marks.

Actually, all fees are detailed on the cu online site and also department to department and batch to batch there is a difference in fee. My fee is 104000yrs but now they increase for a new batch. Scholarship - cuset, one girl child, and if you got above 80%in 12 so this way you got a scholarship in cu

Campus Life

I don't remember the name of the annual fest but they mostly conduct fest in a year mostly 2 to 3 fest. And tech fest happens monthly they conduct from department to department. The library contains a lot of books. Simple reading books, programming project books, and all types of books and material you got there in main library Sports football, baseball, weight lifting, etc or more event occur on campus, in extra curricular so many post making, department event, online event, open house, open mic happen in campus Different clubs are made to improve the personal growth of individuals like - IEEE, sports club, code club, event group, etc

Admission

All are eligible for courses except Medical background. Application forms find on the online site of cu on Google all detail show there. If you reserved your seat that is good because, in the end, limited seats remain. Yes correct information / proper information regarding fees and also please improve your management

Placement Experience:

In our college we have the max amount of placement is 45 lakhs which is preety good for the student who got it. For placement they also train us for our communication skills , technical skills, general knowledge skills. They give chance to all the students to give the interview in which the company can interested in us. In the last semesters or last second semesters we can eligible for the placement. The companies visited in our college like MICROSOFT, TCS, AMAZON, GOOGLE, VIPRO, IBM. My plans after getting the degree is that to find the job for in-college placement. In BCA the companies can hier us in 5 lakhs to 10 lakhs package.

Best College in North India

Placement Experience:

I heard a lot about this college as this is the best college in north India for placement, which is true also, but not for mechanical. Only CS and ECE students get placed during campus placement, but wait, it's not that easy as the placement is done along with students of C.G.C Jhanjeri and Chandigarh University. So for every job, there are hundreds of students competing. Placement cells are very friendly and they help a lot during placement time and grooming sessions.

Placement Experience:

1) The students become eligible for placements in their last semester. 2)The companies visited are Microsoft, Tcs and lupin .there are no of offers made by the companies to various students. 3)The highest package is 30lpa and average package is 8lpa and profiles offered are of software engineer, software test engineer, etc. 4)Almost 80 percent of students got placed in every companies. 5)My plan is to do a master degree after my getting the degree.

A journey

Remarks:

Every thing have a good and a bad side in it. Let's take positive first. This university offers a great infrastructure and accommodation facilities. This university can be a heaven for sports lover. There are many clubs where you can show and enhanced your skills. Going through the negative prospective some times food of mess become a threat. And the faculty as I discussed earlier needs to be updated.

A honest review

When I was finalizing my decision, I compared my choosen college with the others on various parameters such as faculty, infrastructure, ratings, reviews, placements and extra curricular activities and co curricular activities and most importantly affordability that is fee structure. I haven't applied to any other colleges other than CU itself. The admission process of my college is eligibility that is you have to pass class 12th for my course bpt. If you opt for masters then you have to present a degree of bachelors for admission. The exam accepted for admission here in cu in cuchd, cuet,etc. if you clear any of these exams with good grades then you can get easy admission here in Chandigarh University. The cut off marks depends on the university itself. But try to score good to get admission here. The overall admission process for me was smooth from starting to the end.
