Banasthali University: Pros and cons

It is one of the top universities and of which I chose this to kickstart my career in the field of law. The faculty of this college is good and helpful and professors who teach law are UGC-NET qualified and have immense knowledge of the law. There are 2 semesters in a year and 2 periodical examinations. Everything over here is fine but the main thing that disappointed me is they don't offer placement of even a single penny which is very wrong as we invest our parents hard earned money and don't even get a job this is heartbreaking. This university has so many pros and cons. But, I suggest you join any other college like Nlu or symbiosis, Christ amity etc to shape your future in the field of law.

Fees are kinda affordable if we compare them to other renowned colleges. The fee structure mentioned 10-12 lakh to complete the entire law course of five years. But I guess it will take more than 12 lakhs which includes other activities too like travelling, purchasing needful things etc. The scholarship is provided but not that much. Placements are a big NO. There are no placements. Even they don't over internships also.

Life in Banasthali is no doubt awesome. The library is well maintained and good. Extracurriculars of Banasthali is awesome it has everything like karate, horse riding, art and crafts, football, basketball ball, aviation, martial arts etc. The university celebrates different fest each month of each department which is very enjoyable.

Rooms are not that much spacious but good. Meal is ok ok..don't imagine good quality in this case. Since it is a residential University, they allot hostels to each student account to their course. The hostel charge is included in fees only. You have to do everything by your own over here: cleaning dirty utensils, clothes, cleaning room etc and washrooms are common washroom for all so they are so pathetic and not that much hygienic.
