I chose English because it's my passion The faculty members were all so nice and dedicated There are a minimum 2 internals or three and a model to prepare well for the exams That made us well-prepared for our final exams

Fees and Financial Aid

There are so many scholarships offers like the National scholarship portal, Farmer's scholarship, First Graduate Scholarship, Beedi Labours Scholarship, SC/ST Scholarship and so on. The fees structure is okay with the courses they offer

Campus Life

There are not so many clubs and games and extracurricular activities and all... The importance of sports is very low They only offer religious clubs and social activities There is a library which we cannot use easily!

Admission

It was made on a Phone call. After the completion of the 12th, we can find the application form on their website and 50rs charges for the application form There are so many scholarship opportunities provided by the college

Life at PSGCAS

Placement Experience:

The placements were okay in our college, it starts from the second year onwards in respect to diff degree. For economics it starts from 5th semester onwards. There were many companies who visited including goldman sachs, deloitte, zoho, tcs, accenture etc. and the package starts from 1,20,000 to 12,00,000 rupees per annum.

Madras School of Economics - A Comprehensive Review for Bachelor's

Course Curriculum Overview:

Has a lot of new age courses like MS Excel, Python and Data Science. It prepares you fairly well for roles like Data Analyst, Financial Modelling, etc. Areas for improvement include optimising the curriculum load as per the students. Two internals (one after a month after sem starts, second a few weeks before the end sem) and the end sem. I feel the end sem is relatively easier due to the preparation we endure for the internals.

MCC - Education meets culture

Course Curriculum Overview:

Political science syllabus in our college is pretty upgraded. The way it's structured is also pretty good. For a student of Political Science, they first gives us an introduction of the discipline theoretically explaining the subject before moving to it's real life examples. Out syllabus covers almost everything that is required for a Political Science graduate. Faculties make it even more effective using assignments and their lectures. We also have inter-disciplinary courses.
