Entrance Preview

UPTU, It is an uttar pradesh conducted exam. Just obtain a rank nd directly you will get the admission Inter percentage do not matter.

Internships Opportunities

I have'nt done intenship. So i have no knowledge abut it yet. Most of the students do it from kanpur IIT college does not help much to find a company for your internship.

Placement Experience

This is the only drawback. But then also if you are among top pointers you can be placed at an average salary of 4 lakh per annum .I would say that u shud not depend on college for ur placement.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees structure is negligible. Only 50000 per annum .

Fees and Financial Aid

It is an government institute u can easily get the loan nd all you want. And if we talk abut scholarship .It is more than the fee, but we can't rely 100% on it. As it is given by the uttar pradesh government.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes there is an alumni meet conducted once an year. We have the opportunity to meet are alumni nd discuss nd interact everything with them. Seniors are great. As there are only 360 seats so each nd everyone can intract with each other.

Placement Experience:

The placements here are quite good. Companies that hire for Electrical core: Nvidia, Texas Instruments, Qualcomm, Bajaj etc. Software/Quant compaines open to Electrical: Squarepoint Capital, NK Securities, Google, Microsoft etc. The % of students getting placed are 85%. Average package is 29.33 lpa. I have got an internship in Nvidia Software.

HBTU review from a Ist year student.

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is very good in this college. In my own CSE branch there is good placement package you can get. But in this year due to recession the placements is less in IT section but still placement is going on and top package has crossed 35LPA. During previous years top package was around 44LPA and average was 10-12 LPA . Also in other branches like Chemical engineering and mechanical engineering, the placement is at its best of 100% always.
