Likes

mostly i liked infrastucture of college and faculty members
the labs, i lilke them because all equipments are avalible in labs and classrooms, aditoriums
giving many intenship apportunities in colege from 1st year students

Dislikes

only for girls there is hostel for boys there is no hostel in the college
in canteen there will be items and cost will be high compare to outside
in rainy season it is hard to park bikes because of the parking place is filled with water

Course Curriculum Overview

I am studying since 2021 now I am in 2nd year. The faculty members are good, some are with Ph.D. and some are MTECH qualified. They will explain well and they give a notes in class and explain their doubts with clarity anytime, most of them are friendly.

Class Size: 75Course Fees: INR 86000 per year

Internships Opportunities

There will be separate WhatsApp groups for an internship, companies like Amazon and Google will give internship opportunities by doing them, certificates will be provided by the companies and also they will give mini projects for students.

Placement Experience

From the end of the 6th semester, students are eligible for campus placements, companies like Amazon, TCS, etc. Many IT-related companies are visited. The highest package in VCOE is 20 lpa. Almost 100% of students will get placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee is 86000 but you get 35000 free reimbursements from the government so we have to pay 51000 to the college and the exam fee is extra. If we score more than 90% in inter, we will get 12500 & above 95% 25000 scholarships from the college, there are no campus jobs.

Campus Life

Every year there will be a TECO fest in college and every month there will be a tech fest or flashboms. There is a central library in the college all books will be available here. There will be sports meet every year. The college has social groups like Instagram i.e., thugs of Vaagdevi which are controlled by students.

Admission

Every student who qualified for EAMCET is eligible. We can apply on the vaagdevi college official website or you can directly apply on the official ts eamcet website in the web options, there is no application fee. If you are not qualified in eamcet you can join with management also by contacting to the vaagdevi management by visiting the college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

We have many laboratories for practical knowledge. And also they providing other practical labs for us from other course related. They have installed a seperate computer lab or other elective labs for different branches. And also provide different assistants for every laboratories. They teach us well . Make us to make connections as per the circuit provided. They also teach us how they came into work in the real time life. Mainly they teach us how they are applicable to our real life. And also they preserve the projects and make juniors motivate and make them to learn.

The students can apply for internships from 3rd year, 2nd sem or from the end of 3rd year, 1st sem. Some of the notable companies that have visited the college were accenture, cognizant, tcs. I am planning to pursue masters after my degree completion over here. The highest package as per my knowledge is nearly 19 lakh. Most of the students are assured to get placed in bulk.

My view of Kmit

Placement Experience:

from 3 year 2 semester onwards the students can attend to placements without any active backlogs. The campies visited are drawin box,service now, real page,epam etc. the highest package is 44 lpa and average is 5 lpa. 45 per students have placed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually my father was private employee from electrical background so that i choose the Electrical and Electronics branch. So this branch was learned me technically a lot. The course was very difficult but need a guts to chase this.Here practical knowledge also very important from basics and need teaching very neatly to explain such hard topics like mechanism and electronics too.We wrote our exam into twice at 6months by dividing 1-1 and 1-2 etc.The exam time was 3 hours its a sufficient time to write a student with focus and knowledge on topics.

Vaagdevi College is Versatile!!

State Entrance score is mandatory as 60% in 12th for general students is enough to qualify. However, rankers between 2000-4000 get to study here as our college seats get filled quite fast due to its affordability.
